The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and the atmosphere was relaxing. The property also has a generator in case of black out.

The rooms are quite visible from the pathway through the property, which is used a lot by guests of the restaurants in the evening.

Our standalone unit (Beach Villa) was simple but had all the amenities we needed. The big surprise was the bathtub on the floor above it that had a view of the beach and the night sky. Topping it off was the homemade ice cream - a must have...

It turned out that our location was not the center of the town but it was the touristy part of the island with lots of activities among the locals. There were bands practicing through the night. Thankfully our room was sound proof but I pity the other places which are less protected.

The beach villa is very nice. Sunsets at the beach are out of this world! The room is big, bed is comfortable and the rooftop is wonderful. Also the food at Guerrera restaurant is delicious (we had dinner there 2 out of 3 nights). Staff is very kind.

No wardrobe for the clothes and also we had a mistep with our trip and the owner of the resort was not very nice nor helpful.

I had a delightful time in the resort. It is a rather small resort with a few rooms and an amazing restaurant, which seems to be the core of the business. Our cottage faced the sea with a spacious bathroom and an amazing rooftop with a bathtub ( that was my favourite part! ). The beach is just outside the fence. We were picked up from the airport on our arrival. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I believe the resort's main attraction is its restaurant, which attracts visitors from the whole island. It is rarely empty. They're specialized in Vietnamese cuisine with some Filipino influence. The food was brilliant. I highly recommend staying there!

Outstanding service and food. The location on the beach with a view of White Island and the mountains. The Beach Villa with it’s rooftop hot tub and views was a relaxing way to spend your free time on the island.

Probably that our accommodation didn’t come with free breakfast but its fine because the food in their restaurant was very delicious

Jay & Cha Cha welcomed us in the best way, they were very attentive to us during the whole stay, their smile and their good mood touched us, I take the opportunity to tell them that they were exceptional, the accommodation was very good, a comfortable bedding, a silent air-conditioning, an exceptional view on the sea and the volcano, the restaurant is tasty, their homemade desserts are unbelievable, full of small attention as cocktails and calamansi juice, I was coughing one morning Cha Cha kindly made me a calamansi tea which made me feel good (thank you again for this little gesture), when I left Jay had kindly prepared me some bags with calamansi, mango and tamarind seeds (thank you again), beyond the accommodation Jay and Cha Cha were exceptional we loved spending our week with them, thank you again for your humanity, your kindness, your attention, we will never forget you (I never leave a comment but for them I do it with great pleasure)

Cha & Jay gave very good service. Location was great - in a quiet corner of a seaside strip with nice hotels & restaurants.
