- The staff here are phenomenal, the best we’ve ever experienced. Very attentive and respectful. - The food was fantastic, great range and brilliant quality. - Our room was lovely, we had the junior suite with the shared pool, definitely worth the money. - Any issues or requests were dealt with very quickly. - Hotel was immaculate, from the reception to the restaurant and the pool areas. - Brilliant Location, only 25 minutes from the airport.

- Ants, so many ants coming through the tile grout. However, the maintenance team did try to resolve this within about 10 minutes of the complaint however weren’t successful, we were however offered a room swap. Can’t fault how the hotel handled the issue. - Entertainment leaves a lot to be desired, lovely people, however seem more like children’s entertainers than what you’d expect on a 5* Resort. I have to be honest, whilst we didn’t like the above - these did not detract from a wonderful hotel.

The property was HUGE! This resort was stunning, from the views in the morning to the views at the night. The staff were exceptional and gave us the most amazing stay. We were upgraded to the private pool room, and the sea view rooms were just immaculate. We were not bored at all, from the entertainment to the programmes the property had on, it was perfect! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The only downfall would be the ants and bugs that got into the room.. but as soon as we told the receptionist, they dealt with the matter swiftly but I would still stay again

Cleanliness and service were at the level. The food was tasty, but nothing wow. The pool area was ok. Internet in the room was very good, but we lived in the main building - it was not so good elsewhere. Although the first impression was a maximum of 7 points, after spending a week there the overall impression improved. Also, the hotel was completely full, but there was no fight for sunbeds. I definitely recommend visiting the nearby Agathi Beach. (30 min. trip with car)

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but a good 4 star. Breakfast could have been more varied. Same thing every day. Thorns and other natural debris in the beach area that sting the legs. Activities should be improved. For example, the children's disco was a joke. The towel change starts only at 10:00 and only in the main building, which is far from the sea and the pools (it's not logical)

It’s very peaceful yet fun resort. The restaurant, rooms, and hotel in overall really clean, staff is nice and friendly all the time. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack bar was really good. I would highly recommend

Some parts of the resort needs a maintenance or changes like sunbeds in the beach, beach volleyball area which had many rocks and stones.

We had a very good stay here, the staff is sooooo friendly, everybodyfrom the cleaning ladies to the reception and especially the staff in the restaurant! The food was excellent, good variety and everyday also greek specialities… Thanks to Thea , Anastasia and the maitre , they Made us feel so welcome. The hotel,was also very very clean everywhere.

A bit sad was that they have a la carte restaurant, but this was only open for 1 day a week…the beds are not super comfortable, if you are looking for a lot of animation, this is not the right hotel, but for us this was perfect. If you want bars or shops, then you need to take a taxi to the nearest centre.

The resort is big, but not filled with too many people and even at the restaurant there’s always a table available, and baby chairs too. The buildings fit perfectly with the environment. The staff is amazing, they are all kind and always available to help. The rooms was spacious and clean, the lady in charge of cleaning is very kind and the room was always cleaned and tidy. I was worried about food, but we were surprised to find out things were different everyday, with a big choice between vegetables, meat and fish + something always prepared at the moment on the grill. The pools are nice, the one for babies has a nice slide and water games, kids will surely enjoy. The beach is not one of the best, but very closed to the resort and easy to reach. There are sunbeds and umbrellas you can use. The two bars are in strategic positions, with a wide offer of foods and drinks. There’s a supermarked inside the resort and another just crossed the road.

Rooms are nice, but a bit old. It was full of ants 😵‍💫 they were everywhere in the room, expecially in the single bed, where my baby was supposed to sleep. There’s a race in the morning to reserve sunbeds and umbrellas, so you have to make sure you manage to get one (which i found very annoying and unfair!!!). The beach is not very nice, nothing specials compared to some others in Rhodes, but the water is still very nice and clean. The dessert buffet was a bit boring, always serving the same things everyday. If you want fresh orange juice for breakfast you have to pay 2€/glass, which i find a bit strange in a 5 stars resort. Bars and restaurant close very very early, which is a bit annoying (most of guests are German and have dinner very early, but closing at 9 pm is a bit too much).

The resort is nice, I liked that buildings are max 2-floor, it is clean, with pretty garden and three pools. Rooms are spacious and it is located on the beach, with sea view from most hotel rooms. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas both at pool and on the beach so the typical morning race for sunbeds which is usual in other hotels was not the case here - it was a big plus. Terrace of the restaurant has lovely sea view. Evening program at lobby bar was quite nice, especially the Soul and Funky night. All inclusive service is ok, reasonable variety of meals. Very tasty rosé wine.

The hotel does not provide the benefits expected of a 5-star resort. For example, in the bathroom there is only solid soap and cheap shower gel, no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cosmetic tampons, nothing like that. No prosecco is served at breakfast, as we are used to from some even cheaper hotels (yes, you can live without it, but I'm just stating). No egg bar at breakfast - missing fresh omelettes with choice of extras prepared in front of you. The beach has a rocky entrance to the water and there are also rocks along the beach, I recommend water shoes. There is no toilet on the beach - or rather there is a toilet cubicle, but it is really awful. You have to walk about 200m to the pool. Strange smell reminiscent of toilet waste in the main building.

The hotel has big pools for different ages.

Noiso rooms because the external air condition towers are standing on the front of the door. It’s really annoying at the night hours. Thin walls, doors between rooms therefore you hear your neighbour on early hours..

Resort was lovely and had all the amenities, I especially liked the chill out pool as it was closer to the sea and you got a stronger breeze and it had comfier sun beds! The spa was great too and had special offers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a 10 min walk to the local town which had shops and bars. Perfect location to view the island

No full length mirror in the rooms which was expected in a 5star hotel. The beach was stony when getting into the sea.

The staff was very welcoming and the animators were fantastic, specifically Daria and Giulia who did an amazing job with the kids. The location of the resort is great, with private access to the beach. Very good for families with kids.

There was plenty of variety of food in every main meals, however I was expecting better quality of ingredients. It would also be very good to have a playground with more equipment.
