The location was great. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the hotel as we were in the area for a wedding. We wish we had time to explore the town.

At check out, there was no staff in the building. We could have use some help with the luggages. The short distance walk to the main office was ok. It’s better to let guests know that at the other site staff is present at specific times so can plan accordingly.

Very stylish and respectable hotel in a small, but attractive village. Very friendly staff, really excellent breakfast with many delicious things to choose from. We had a room in the seperate building, it was very clean and quiet.

Wifi in our room in the seperate building was poor.

Very friendly helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, room decor, flowers in the garden, rituals products, guardian who gave me all the best recommendations of where to eat and the history of the village :)

The property is amazing as is the history associated with it. Located in a small town it radiates a peaceful serenity. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful.

The property is beautiful in a great location. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. The bedroom is very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous little town and although the hotel does not serve dinner during the week, there are some excellent restaurants close by which reception happily reserve for you. The town is well worth exploring with little shops hidden around and if you can make the walk up to to castle ruins, the view is stunning.

. The only 'niggles' were that the breakfast room felt unattended at times (too few staff?) so crockery, milk etc was not replenished and the sachets if coffee (no milk) appeared to be at a premium however, these are 'niggles ' the setting and rooms are Beautiful, the staff were lovely and we would love to stay here again.

It is a charming, comfortable hotel in a lovely small town.
