The staff are so customer friendly and helpful. Christina and Klara were especially helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. We feel at home and we plan to return at least once a year.

The hotel should be upgraded to reflect a 4-star hotel in the 21st century. For example, instead of keys, doors should open with key cards.

nice big 2-room suite, beautiful panorama, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We ahd a difficult situation due to an accident, we got every help and assistance that was necessary. Exceptional view from the room.

some parts/corners/etc of the room coulde have been cleaned better, signs of aging can be seen everywhere (in the room and generally in the hotel)

Well-equipped, large room with a bathtub in the bathroom. Very nice view - town, river and mountains. Varied breakfast, everything fresh and very good quality. The sauna area is not very large, but comfortable. Towels and bathrobes available inside without additional charge.

Our apartment was slightly dated but immaculately clean, very comfortable beds

Warm welcome but at our checkout we had to wait a lot for the receptionist was irritated that we wanted to check out as she was having her breakfast (and she had come to us from the breakfast room)

The staff is excellent. They are so kind and helpful. They really tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are huge. We could freely drink as much coffee and tea as we liked.

This is a business hotel, so many guests were awake very early and we could hear them taking showers and closing doors. All this woke us up at 5:30 or 6 in the morning which is an hour or two earlier than we like. This was not the hotel´s fault. I wish a couple of TV stations were in English. Unfortunately, there is no English TV station.

I have stayed there for many years and the staff are wonderful. The property is always clean and comfortable.

They don’t have AC in all rooms which for a couple of months of the year can be a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly staff super service room was very spacious and super clean. Location was perfect with parking space either in garage or outside. Breakfast was very nice. I will recommend the hotel any day.

As the hotel is located close to a motorway, it's a good option for overnight stay when travelling south. However, may be a good choice for exploring the Mürzzuschlag region in future. Besides, friendly staff, quiet location near Mur river and old town. Yeah, crème de la crème - breakfast made out of local products.

Honestly nothing - yes the carpet is not the newest but it is clean and that is the most important!!

Friendly and kind host, large apartment, fully equipped kitchen, top clean, two large balconies with great view.

The roads near the house are quite loud, and as the apartment gets quite hot, you either open the window and listen to the traffic during the night or you will get very warm. This shouldn’t be a problem when the weather is cooler. Everything else was perfect.
