Nice quiet room, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

We had dinner twice there, the staff was very friendly but the food was mediocre. I had baked fish on the second night and was told that my half raw cold (obviously not yet totally unthawed) trout was supposed to be like like that. A neighbouring table had the same complaint about their fish. A pity, considering they source their fish locally.

The staff is just wonderful. The premises is clean and very tidy. The restaurant is just fantastic with local cuisine and the beer is ambrosia! Parking can be tricky in front, but there are many nearby lots. Nothing that cannot be navigated very easily. It was a great stay. I sincerely thank the staff and owners.

Can't really say. It was a pretty good stay and there were no major issues. Anything else would be petty.

Easy check in, cleanliness was excellent, the decor and personal touch was top notch. Staff was very kind, professional and helpful. The beds were amazing. We especially loved the pillows! The variety and quality of breakfast items were excellent. We loved our visit there.

The stairs were extensive but worth the climb!! We would choose stay there again.

The location was good. Dinner was good. The staff pretty much left us alone but were responsive. Although, there is no hotel designated parking, parking was never an issue. There was a party booked in the restaurant one night and we were referred to a great Italian restaurant a few doors down.

I didnt like the walk up so many stairs but they could not have known that I have mobility issues. The room was great and one of the staff members noticed me struggling on the steps with my bag, she immediately helped me

The food at the restaurant was amazing. I can highly recommend ordering the 'Beer crusted roast'. Was the best I have ever had in Germany. The breakfast was also nice. It is basic, but has everything that you need. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Toilets, bathroom and apartments are clean. We will return here again.

Nothing. Everything was fine. There isn't a place to park, so you just have to look for an available parking space along the main street. In some places, you have to pay a small fee to park. But it is still much cheaper to pay a few euros to park on the side of the street near the Hotel, then what some hotels charge to park directly at their place overnight.

Due to my work hours I could not have breakfast at the inn but there is a wonderful bakery a few doors down that opens very early in the morning.

I can't really think of anything I did not like of Sperber Brau.

Charming building and rooms. The staff was amazing!! It was so nice to have a place to eat at the end of the day. Had an absolutely amazing stay!! The beds were so comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious. All the appliances we used worked well. The hotel restaurant cooked really well. It was such a pleasant stay.

Nice apartment, kitchen with toaster, kettle etc. Good restaurant. Good location for climbing in south part of frankenjura

Spongy mattress and synthetic blanket (but this depends on personal preference). Sometimes no hot water in the evening

If I could give it 11/10 I would. Exceptional in every way and some of the best beer I have ever drunk!
