We arrived early afternoon and were able to check in immediately as this had been prearranged. Large, comfortable room with benefit of air conditioning. Good breakfast in very pleasant surroundings. Ample free parking.

Disappointed that the restaurant was not open. According to the information booklet in room the restaurant is only open from Monday to Thursday each week. This was not shown anywhere on the website at time of booking and we feel should be shown prominently to avoid being told on arrival. On looking at hotels to book the presence of a restaurant is one of our important features as, generally, we arrive after a long drive and just want to relax without having to go out to find somewhere to eat. Whilst there were a few restaurants close by they were not all open nor to our taste.

Rooms were ideal for families, clean and comfortable. Air conditioner, free parking and breakfast was exceptional.

The man at the reception wasn't kind enough, did not smile at any moment, and didn't speak English. That is not a problem but never even tried to communicate. ( Gestures, mobile translate, etc)

Double room was lovely single occupancy room not so good and almost same price. Breakfast was great loads of choice plenty of time and helpful staff. All female reception staff were great and spoke english

Male reception staff who answered phone couldn't speak English really not good enough for travellers He also put the phone down on me. No one on reception in the evening and no hot drinks in room or downstairs after staff left

Free car park (but the hotel is out of town). Breakfast was very good, plenty of seating, in a nice room, with an excellent serving lady. Quiet room.

Very soft beds (two pushed together). One pillow each (like most hotels these days - we didn’t ask for another). Surly check-in staff. Extremely unhelpful response to enquiry about lost jewellery. A little empathy goes a long way! Poor management puts us off this hotel sadly.

I found it easily, it was easy to park in the hotel's own parking lot. Modern, sophisticated hotel.

Reception of the staff, complete lack of hospitality.

Friendly personal, lots of parking space, Strong wifi, big bright room with a beautiful sunrise view, nice breakfast room. The little radio in the bathroom.

Pillows and mattress too soft for me.

It is a little bit far from downtime but the location and rooms were quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
