The stay was wonderful, Hotel very clean and beautiful, Rooms nice and spacious. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Hotel breakfast was good however western breakfast options very limited. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you Springfield Village for our lovely stay and for making our 26th year Anniversary memorable :)

The location of the hotel is a little out of the town, you do require a car or bike if you wanting to explore the areas, no grab taxis work in the area and to bring you take out foods, etc. Hotel breakfast was good however western breakfast options very limited.

We had a really lovely stay at Springfield Village. The room was spacious, super comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony — perfect for a quiet coffee in the morning while the kids were still asleep (a rare moment of peace!). The real highlight for us was the pool for the children — absolutely AMAZING. Thoughtfully designed, lots of space, safe, and so much fun. Our little ones were in heaven and honestly, so were we, just watching them play happily for hours. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly kind and welcoming. You really feel they care and that makes such a difference to the experience, especially when traveling as a family. Now, for the not-so-glowing bits: the food was… fine. Not terrible, but nothing memorable either. The bar also left a bit to be desired — they didn’t quite master the art of an Aperol Spritz, which felt like a missed opportunity when you’re in holiday mode and dreaming of a great sundowner. All in all though, we had a great time. If you’re coming for relaxation, nature, and a fantastic setup for kids, this place delivers beautifully — just keep your culinary expectations modest and maybe pack your own cocktail kit.

Breakfast and food

Staff very helpful to provide me with my daily 10 boiled eggs for breakfast. Plenty of other options available for both western and Asian tastes. All breakfast Staff where welcoming on arrival every morning and I found it was a lovely personal touch that they remembered your tea and coffee orders from the 1st day we arrived, and practically brought it to your table as and when you had found a place to sit.

Friendly helpful staff who could not do more for you. Partner got sick and the staff were most concerned and helpful. Great lesson from Michael the golf pro, caddies were very friendly and good at their job! The GM was very approachable and spoke on several occasions giving us very helpful information!

Just a little bit far from town for us but if you want a peaceful place to stay you won't go far wrong with Springfield!

We had the Executive suite which is 110 m2, It is very spacious and private. I love the view, the tub at the balcony. I think our room is the most private. Suggest to book Executive suite. Bed is comfortable, very clean. and nice decor.

The compound is big and need to get around with the cart although the cart service is convenient to call. The location is a little far out, good for peaceful and relaxation. Breakfast so so.

The bed was very comfortable, the jacuzzi and swing on the balcony was exceptional and the pool very big and easy to get too.

The room service menu is very small. I called to ask about room service and the staff didn’t tell me the restaurant menu was much bigger. They only said room service is THB 20 more expensive. So I could have ate at the restaurant vs room service. Also staff coming to deliver the room service not very friendly at all. While staff at the restaurant and concierge much friendlier.

Staff were very kind and helpful and the pool area is magnificent and well kept. The garden and surroundings are extremely nice. The food was excellent all around.

Breakfast a could improve a bit. The facility is already +20 years so some areas and rooms show signs of wear and could use some renovation.

The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for you. The room was so nice,spacious, clean and had everything you needed = including a juccuzzi. Beautiful views, clean grounds, lovely pool and lovely food.

We had a wonderful stay. What really stood out was the staff...from the manager, reception, restaurant to housekeeping. Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly.
