The staff provided excellent service, from the receptionists and bellboys to all hotel employees. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel showed great attention to environmental care. I’m always impressed with the U Hotels chain.

I booked two rooms — a Triple Room and a Cozy Room. During my stay, there was ongoing construction, and the Triple Room happened to be right next to the construction area. Although the noise wasn’t too bad, the window faced the workers directly, which made the room feel less private. There should be some kind of partition between the construction site and the rooms. As for the Cozy Room, it was in a separate building, but the sound insulation wasn’t very good. I could hear people walking up and down the stairs and doors opening and closing late at night, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.

We spent in U Hua Hin 10 nights, so i suppose that is more than enough time to check out everything. We are so happy we chose this hotel. Everything is new, super clean, comfortable, and food is delicious. The variety at breakfast was amazing. So many interactive staions. ( Waffless, noodles, egg station with chef, grill.. everything!) But what was the absolute highlight? The STAFF!! They were all incredible. So nice, always smiling, extremely helpful. It might sound like a cliche, but we really felt like home (luxurious home :)) because of them. Special thanks to all F&B staff , the breakfast chef and the concierge guys. You were all the best! We are gonna miss you. AND THANK YOU FOR A GOODBYE SURPRISE, that was sooo sweet! PS: great for remote working too, library (open 24hours) and very strong wifi! 🖤

Everything was superb!

They have many kinds of foods, and you can eat any dish you want. For launch, If you already like Thai's food. You can drive or walk from the hotel about 400 meter to the Platoo restaurant. For someone who likes to drink. They have a bar close to the beach. If you order in happy hours for one drink, you will got free one. (I'm not sure about the start and end time.)

In my room have something broken on the floor. I think the cause is from water dropped from body when whos finished took a shower and came out from restroom not dry suddenly. The staff repaired the floor by tape. I think they can do better.

Beautiful hotel, very light & airy & welcoming. All staff are friendly & helpful, couldn’t do enough for me & made me feel special during my stay. The food & cocktails are absolutely delicious. Luxurious room & the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

The location is a little far out but taxis are cheap. Would be an idea to have one sided windows, as you can’t enjoy the wonderful view from the luxurious bathtub because you have to shut the blinds, which is a shame. Rooms are advertised as soundproof but they aren’t.

The lobby, staircase, and room radiate a spacious charm that establishes an inviting atmosphere. Being a true beachfront hotel is a remarkable advantage that enhances its overall appeal. The staff was exceptional. Every member served us with genuine care and respect. Their thoughtfulness and attentiveness truly set the standard.

The architecture and design are straightforward and unpretentious. While it may not be a place that stands out in my memory for its aesthetic appeal, I can confidently say that my experience there was quite enjoyable.

Love the bed. It's so comfy that I didn't even want to get up! Everything were great Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a nice beach view. Highly recommend!

I think it's time for the hotel to clean the Jacuzzi! When we used it, it appeared that there were some algae and yellowish water coming out of it. It didn't look very clean. Also, we wished there was an indoor car park as it's usually very hot outside.

There is not rally a beach and ratjes remote of everything, you always need a taxi or a Motorbike of you want to do something out of the hotel

Nice design with good facilities, the staff are excellent and very well trained. Top class breakfast buffet, have rarely seen better. The Rooms are spacious and well designed with very comfortable beds.

The hotel is new but they are already having uissues with the lifts, which does not bode well.... We ate at the restaurant on the evening we arrived, the food was "ok" but not exceptional ( unlike the breakfast the next morning ) and it took a long time for the food to be served.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. Situated close to the beach, away from the noisy center of Hua Hin. Brand new and with a wonderful architecture, every detail is thought of, both in the rooms, the common areas and not at least outside. There are so many small architectural details you will enjoy, the food is excellent and a very, very nice staff. If a place deserves 10 out of 10, this is the place!

Very nice, clean and cozy new hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice. Awesome breakfasts, nice pool with bar. Good new fitness room.

Jacuzzis! That's a terrible thing, especially when somebody nextdoor runs it at 1 am right above your head and instead of sleeping, you hear the loud noise and then flushing all the water through the pipes in the end :( Beach not easily accessible and you should travel more south for a nice sea.
