This B&B is up a side road on the outskirts of Ivrea, a nice little town where we had a lovely dinner. The rooms were a good size with aircon which proved very useful in the heatwave! It was a quiet location. We enjoyed a dip in the pool and had a good breakfast the following day with yoghurt, fresh fruit and croissants.

Tha house is beautifully located , about 25 minutes walk from Ivrea Old Town. Spectacular views from the windows and garden. Perfect breakfast, lots of different things, both sweet and non-sweet. Great coffee. Hosts were amazing, very welcomming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Although the place was wonderful, I still think it was too expensive.

A uniquely beautiful house where you feel very welcome and home. Loved the small details of architechture. Great old windows and terrace, beautifully renovated and my room even had a sauna ( rose). extremely comfortable bed. very clean, very beautiful and comfortable. Considering to come back

I arrived very late at night, but unlike most places where you get instructions that never make any sense, getting into the property was extremely quick and easy. The size of the room was much larger than I expected, as was the bathroom and the place was spotless. The bed was very comfortable ad the linen smelled fantastic. The room had shutters as well so you cold make it pitch black. Needless to say I slept well. In the morning, the breakfast was great, with a very wide selection. There was also a magnificent view of the Italian Alps. Mostly though, it was the staff that made the difference. Both lovely and extremely hospitable. My only disappointment was not staying for more days.

We were hoping to arrive to use the pool but that didn't happen.due to bad traffic which was a shame as the pool looked lovely.

Not a lot of choice of places to eat or drink unless you drive into the town.

Everything is fine. The rooms are perfect. The swimming pool is beautiful. The entry hal makes you feel at home. The hostess is exceptional.

A quiet oasis away from the noise of the motorway. Convenient for touring the area or just an overnight stopover.

It was not possible to close the shades on the windows and we woke up very early in the morning.

Very nice and clean place. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast. We liked the pool and sauna in the room, so the facilities are very rich.
