The hotel itself was really good, the rooms are modernly furnished and the breakfast was excellent. The wifi worked great during the whole stay and we could even work from the restaurant area. There is free parking in the streets in front of the hotel, crossing the street.

The staff, even though they do their work, do not even care to smile a bit. It is like they do not even want to be there.

The staff, all of them, were fantastic!!! Friendly, helpful, polite. I felt like I had non-intrusive friends there at the end of the day. They were really fantastic! The outdoor space for relaxing was also so amazing! They kept a lot of shade and with a good breeze it helped with the hot days. Very relaxing too!

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had air conditioning. The weather had been super hot, and my dog is 15 and doesn’t do so well in the heat. The first room was so hot! They quickly moved us without any issue, the second room was a bit better, but no matter how low or what setting we had the air conditioning on it wouldn’t go below 22 in the room. 😣 it was okay, but definitely not the AC I was expecting.

Parking is very bad. I found only one spot available, and it was very tight and was a charging station. It was very difficult to make the turn to get through the parking lot exit gate. I had to do a 3 point turn to make it through and even then I still managed to hit the curb on both sides. In the process of backing our of the parking space I was in, I hit the right-side building support pillar with my mirror and knocked off the outside plastic cover. Fortunately, no permanent damage. If I go to this hotel again, I certainly will not park underground.

Very comfortable beds and very standardized room layout.

The check-in process was a bit unorganized. The person at the reception should provide more information about the stay and availabile facilities, e.g. we were with a car and had to unload half the passangers to get information about the parking. No parking signs or marks on the street. We weren't given any ticket for the garage, only "you can park whenever you want down there". On the next morning we had to find out the hard way that the barrier worked only with a ticked issued from the reception.

The breakfast choice was excellent and worthing the 10€. The personnel was very attentive. The clean room. The excellent idea of a free drink if we put the sign "Do not clean my room today" although I could not enjoy it it since I stayed just one night.

How can it be that there is no table in the room? Impossible to work with a computer in a confortable and practical way. Eventually a a kettle with some tea bags and coffee would be welcome as well.

There are always staff at reception ready to help, parking at the hotel, the location is good, close to a station and with restaurants and markets around, the room is extremely clean and there are people cleaning it daily. The breakfast is excellent. Great cost!

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress on the double bed in the room, which was divided into 2 parts, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on..

Kaufland (food shopping) around the corner easy to reach by walk. One day without cleaning you can choose to get a free drink voucher that’s great idea.

The AC didn’t work had to ask 3 times about my request until I finally were able to switch rooms The small plastic bags in bathroom didn’t get filled up even though the box was empty

I had an issue as I scratched my car in their PArking, BTW their underground parking is really small so pay attention on the exit especially. Ms. Slava was great , so patient in going extra step and filling the report and do the necessary work to report the issue. Big yes to Slava ! thank you The lady in the breakfast, smiling all the time is very nice

Parking is small, exit is challenging no working desk in the room I got the German bed ( 2 mattresses) in my room, was not comfortable for me at least
