The facilities were great, the room was really well equipped with some lovely touches. Room service were amazing.

Neither the family not adult pools were very deep so it rarely felt like you were actually swimming. Having to sign for everything to your room -on a paper chitty is so 80s/90s, especially when there's a robotic waiter on site. Maybe a light on the balcony to help read whilst enjoying the air and sunset. At dinner there was often a significant gap between being asked what I wanted to drink and it being received. Service at dinner was patchy, sometimes great and attentive, other times virtually non existent.

We got a room in one of the top floors and the views are simply AMAZING. The room is spacious.

For a resort of this type we would have expected some of the staff to speak better English. Sometimes was difficult to communicate with them (with the exception of the girl at the reception which was super nice, friendly and her English was superb). They make the effort but you can tell they are struggling. The food from the buffet is unfortunately lukewarm. One of the pool (family) had a lot of dirt from algae which makes it slippery.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone at the hotel for making our stay truly unforgettable. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail made our trip exceptionally special. During our stay, we got engaged, and we were touched by the thoughtful gestures from your staff. We want to sincerely thank Moe for making our stay at Hilton amazing. She truly went above and beyond to assist us during these five days, from arranging taxis to offering destination tips, and most importantly, making our engagement the most incredible experience. Moe always welcomed us warmly when we arrived at the hotel and waved us off with a smile when we left. She is a genuinely kind-hearted person who truly deserves to be recognized. We also had the pleasure of dining several nights at the wonderful restaurant, Isoletta, where we were always warmly welcomed by Haruna and Yuka. Their kindness and cheerful attitude greatly enhanced our dining experience. They were amazing! The hotel's rooftop bar was another highlight of our stay, offering a breathtaking view of the stars while enjoying fantastic drinks. Alex was incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent tips for our trip and revealing some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. We also received outstanding service at the reception, where Koki amongst with other was always ready to assist with taxi bookings and beach recommendations, all while greeting us with a smile. Thank you once again for making our stay so special. We will cherish these memories forever and look forward to returning in the future. I am sorry if I have forgotten any names but the whole staff were amazing!!!

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make everything perfect for us! The hotel itself was stunning and the pools were fabulous plus there was easy access to the beach.

The hotel was a bit out of the way so without a car or a pick-up tour company we had to stay in the hotel and there wasn't much variety in restaurants in the hotel. But to be fair the Italian restaurant did have some lovely food

Room was very spacious and clean. We had the king sunset room, facing the Irabu bridge. As we were driving everywhere it was convenient to have lots of free parking spots at the hotel. Loved the pools and breakfast buffet was good. They even put the effort in to change up the breakfast menu slightly every day so it doesn’t get boring. Staff was very lovely and helpful.

Had to sign up for the Hilton honors club to get internet. Most hotels offer free wifi with their stay. The Hilton honors membership doesn’t cost anything monetary but it meant we had to provide personal info. Not ideal. We also did the poolside BBQ which was nice food but very expensive for what it was. 15000 yen per person - so about 150 AUD per person for dinner and “free-flowing” drinks. - Moral of the story: always check the price and inclusions before signing up for things.

A newly built hotel right on the beach. There are 3 pools and the area is easily accessible with chairs, sun beds and everything that you need. In the bottom floor there is a spa area and a kiddies day care along with changing rooms and bathrooms. Everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms are well appointed with everything that you need, finished off to the highest spec and attention to detail. Again, the rooms are spotlessly clean. We booked a sunset room which gives you amazing views over the bay. The staff are extremely attentive, always smiling, polite and willing to help with any need or question that you may have. This is a hotel where you are made to feel very welcome, where you are treated as a guest and are shown real hospitality.

Staff were overworked or not as energetic. Maybe it was the heat or crowds. Just the energy I noticed was not as accommodating for a four/five star hotel. There were a few workers who were genuinely helpful or attentive to customers. For our family stay the service was satisfactory.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. Immaculately clean. Free, easy shuttle bus from airport. Great buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice. 3 outdoor pools and private beach. Friendly, helpful team who were more than happy to help us organise day trips via taxis.

Very little not to like. My only comment would be that we opted for the dinner option and the buffet style dinner was the same every night which did get a little repetitive.

Everything! The entire hotel staff, room, pool, buffet breakfast and other amenities were excellent. Nagisa (Chrissy) especially! She greeted us when we arrived with a great smile and a super friendly demeanor. We then spent a good amount of time talking with her about the hotel, places to eat and things we could do around the area. Her professional manner and thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable!

The location is nice; a beach nearby, pools, lots of plants. The location is not nice; big construction nearby and far away from all the sights.
