The location, on the edge of town, was great for us. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the city. The lights of the city at night were very scenic. We walked to and from the Makendonium with no problem. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel dining room the two mornings we were there - good selection of choices from a breakfast menu and helpful waiters. We also enjoyed eating dinner in the hotel dining room one night - also a good selection, reasonable prices, and good service. The room we were in seemed to have been recently renovated - it was comfortable and nicely thought out.

Very nice location, and a spectacular view over Krusevo. Newly renovated rooms. Personell in restaurant and bar was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabolous (you get a lot of choices for type of breakfast)

The lack of AC in the heat. The barking dogs in town that kept us awake all night, due to that we had to keep balconydoor open. We found the personell in restaurant/bar a lot more friendly than the ones in the reception.

it's a good hotel.

The only flaw would be that the temperature in the rooms was very warm so we had to sleep with the window open. We adjusted the radiator in the room but we couldn't adjust the radiator in the toilet and it was uncomfortably warm, eve nauseating and it reflected in the room also.

Great experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The room is not big, but it is just the right size. Location is wonderful. The food is delicious and not expensive. The room is clean and warm.

The only caveat is the noise. Have a dog in the next room and it was making noise that was not pleasant.

The breakfast buffay is very good, tasty and abundant though it doesn't change much. The coffee served with breakfast is from a Nescafe machine and it has an acid taste. When asked for "Turkish Coffee" the servers said there is no way for it to be prepared in the morning.

The staff is helpful but never go out of their way to help or answer questions. Prices should be a bit cheaper for this hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel had a great family-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food, everything was very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

The room was too hot, and I missed having complimentary slippers, a kettle, and a mini fridge.

Everything was just perfect. Starting from the hotel,our room,the receptionists,the waiters,the cleaning staff. They very polite and helpful. Inside the hotel it was very warm and clean, room service done every day. The breakfast was abundant. They have really delicious food and excellent service. We do highly recommend it! 🙂

No such a thing.

Architecturally interesting hotel. Especially the building that now is abandoned. (Reminds me of "accidentally Wes Anderson"). Pretty hotel on the top of the hill. View over the city and the ilinden monument. I overall had a good stay there. I would stay here again but I do have some remaks

The thing I really disliked is the fact that the KEEP your passport of ID as a deposit for your keys. You only get you passport back when you check out. Very unsettling feeling to me. The vibe in the hotel is "grand hotel days gone by". Beautiful buildings but they need some love. They made an effort for breakfast but is wasn't all that... Bad coffee The matras protector was just a small sheet that came loose during the night so change is you sleep on the bare matras (not all that hygiene wise)
