The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the hotel’s location just steps from the beach was perfect. The room was bright and spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the dining area offered a breathtaking sea view that made our morning special.

The pillows and blankets were not covered, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location , with easy parking . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Hotel is located about 200 meters from the beach , access was easy . Be prepared to go up some stairs , 187 steps to be exact . Overall I had a great time and will be staying here again . ( Family of 5)

I wish the showers were a little bigger but it was no big deal .

I liked the way we were greeted and how the room was in general. We had a nice view to the sea and had privacy all around us, since we were on one of the higher floors. All in all, was great to relax and to charge up your batteries.

There weren't many things that we didn't like.

Spacious rooms, awesome balcony with great view on the bay, good breakfast which was constantly refilled. Really comfortable beds. Super pleasant stuff. Great air-condition, which was priceless as we were in Neum during heat wave. I also like location, as the nearby beach is one of the best - has all facilities but is not overcrowded as the central ones.

There was dust in the room corners.

misinformed about taxi booking and was slightly stranded. There are many many steep stairs to get down to the beach and fod area. Remember the location is in Bosnia.

Very nice crew, great cleanliness and close to everything.

The air conditioners made a very loud sound. We couldn't sleep. Plus, the room was next to the restaurant in the hotel. This was annoying all the time.

Staff was brilliant and very helpful, breakfast was very good and tasty, close to beach, view from balcony is great. Having own parking space in Neum is just great bonus.

Its not that didnt like it but rooms that we stayed need to be refurbished ASAP. It looks bit out of date.

Great service...Owner kindly drove us to a restaurant that was some distance from the hotel.

Location is a bit far from other end of town, and it was too hot for walking there (otherwise, it would be a pleasant walk on the paved walkway). Breakfast needed some fresh local fruits.

It's a nice and quiet hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. The balconies have an amazing view of the sea. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. All combined the hotel offers a relaxing experience ideal for families.
