High quality and high price resort, the staff is serviceminded, and the service level was impressing. The pool (best ever), the rooms, the fitness facilities, the paddle court, the cleaning ladies (they where exceptional!)… Parking great, and in general all facilities worked..

But/Except… The breakfast and the lime bar (evening drinks bar) - both places was understaffed, the single employee was great but the places was short staffed, we waited 10-15-20 minutes to order 2 Aperol. Every single morning we sat at a dirty table, because the staff didn’t have time to clean up after the guests. The restaurants - the same story, luckily we had lots of time..

This is a lovely hotel that we stayed at for one evening at whilst on a 2 week tour of Sicily though most tourists are there for longer. Amazing location and outdoor pools, highly recommended. All staff were exceptional and it really was a place where you could base yourself. You do need a car if you want to dine elsewhere as the hotel is remote but to be honest everything you need is here anyway. Breakfast was amazing, one not to miss. We tried the fixed price evening buffet and was disappointed at the quality of food for this standard of hotel compared to the amazing breakfast. We were at the start the season and other restaurants were closed so maybe just unlucky this time around.

The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had (and I travel a lot). The whole resort is beautiful, and is so relaxing due to the amount of greenery present. The pools are clean and very well maintained.

If you showered in the morning, there would be no hot water - a pretty basic problem. Then, we had a cockroach in our room, which was a bit disgusting, and not what you'd want in a 5 star hotel. The staff needs to work on their approach and friendliness, we noticed when people were nice to us (which was so rare, we managed to count only 4 people overall being that way!)

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful stay. We visited for a wedding in a local venue and based ourselves here either side of the event - it is a gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. The scenery is lovely and there was a lot to do. The breakfast and cocktails were also delicious, as was the pool bar. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely return for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in future.

There are a few different restaurants offering a lot of variety, but the food is not the best part of the hotel and is quite expensive for what it is. If we visited again, we would spend more time exploring the local area for restaurants.

We liked how large the resort was. It felt like a city inside and that made it feel very open and not crowded. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The different spaces like restaurants and pools were very well designed. There was always a restaurant open to eat or drink which was really comfortable. The activities available were really nice like a ceramics painting activity with Claudia which we loved. Some of the Staff were super helpful and nice to us like Melissa and Lucia. They also have sports courts to play tennis, paddle or basketball. The restaurants were all really good. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety.

The breakfast was great but not if you went at 10 am because it got too full and you could tell the staff struggled to keep up with the demand for tables and food. Some of the staff were not as helpful as others and because of this we had a negative experience at the Kaigan Sushi Bar. Since the hotel is far from other places, you are obligated to have meals there and it can get quite expensive.

Mangia’s Resort truly exceeded expectations! The staff were not just sweet—they were exceptional, going above and beyond to make every moment special. The resort is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and truly has everything you could ask for—nothing felt like it was missing. The location is gorgeous, and the food (whether it's breakfast or dinner) was more than delicious!

If I had to mention anything, I’d say the rooms could use a bit more lighting, and the signage around the resort could be improved—it's easy to lose your way on the vast grounds. But overall, this place is a gem, and I’d return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful surroundings, the architecture and interior were stunning. The pool area was large and nice. The area down by the sea was also lovely. The breakfast buffet was the absolute highlight – 10 out of 10. They had a wide selection, chefs making omelets, pancakes, sautéed vegetables, a variety of breads, cold cuts, fruit, and various drinks. Spacious and comfortable.

We give the hotel 5 out of 6, and what brings the rating down, unfortunately, is the service at the pool area, which was lacking. There was little follow-up with guests, and when ordering, it was slow or got mixed up. The same goes for the restaurants – both the seafood and the pizza places. Service was too slow. We also wish it had been better facilitated for swimming in the sea. There is a beautiful terrace by the water, but there are rocks and cliffs that make it difficult to swim from. Building a pier with a ladder would significantly enhance the hotel's facilities.

Great room with its own pool. Both the pool and room very clean. Very nice staff that did the cleaning. Gardens were beautiful. The location of the property is amazing - by the sea in the middle of nowhere. You MUST have a car otherwise you are stuck at the hotel. Huge breakfast buffet that serves until 11am 😎 The beach is rocky not sand. Three pools with lots of sunloungers + sunloungers by the rocky beach. Several restaurants and great little beach kaftan shop.

The only complaint we had were the staff at the breakfast restaurant and the bar/pool area. There was plenty of staff but they were not very keen on doing their job! We were there off season in May so hotel only 1/3 full. But guests had to clear the tables them selves at breakfast because staff couldn’t be bothered. Also they didn’t restock glasses, plates and food. The staff was friendly and very nice to chat to but just “forgot” to do their job! The staff at the bar were just completely useless even if you gave up on any table/pool service and went up to the bar yourself. They just seemed surprised you were there and bothered by your presence!

We spent 4 nights at Mangia's Brucoli Resort for a family vacation, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The resort is situated on a beautiful stretch of coastal terrain, steeply sloping all the way down to the sea, which provides stunning views and easy access to the water. The gardens and lawns are meticulously maintained, adding to the resort’s charm and serene atmosphere. Our family stayed in four standard rooms, which were comfortable and equipped with coffee machines and mini-refrigerators. The facilities at the resort, including the swimming pools, were excellent—perfect for both adults and children. There is also a small, rocky beach onsite, and I’d recommend bringing water shoes to make the experience more enjoyable. The hotel offers several dining options, and the food was consistently delicious. However, the service in some of the restaurants was noticeably slow, which was a bit disappointing for a resort of this caliber. Additionally, the hotel administration could be more efficient; we encountered a few minor organizational hiccups that one wouldn’t expect from a 5-star establishment. A highlight of our stay was the nearby village of Brucoli, just a short distance from the resort. It has several great dining spots, but Pizzicotto da Napoli—a family-run, affordable trattoria—deserves special mention for its fantastic food and warm hospitality. In summary, Mangia’s Brucoli Resort offers a relaxing coastal getaway with lovely scenery, great amenities, and easy access to local charm. While there’s room for improvement in service, it’s still a wonderful destination for families looking to unwind and explore.

We had the most unforgettable stay at Mangia’s Brucoli Resort – a stunning luxury retreat nestled in the heart of Sicilian nature. A special mention must go to Claudia, the resort manager, whose warmth and professionalism truly elevated our experience. She made us feel welcome and taken care of every single day – always with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfasts at the resort are absolutely exceptional – a real highlight of our stay. Every morning was a delight thanks to the perfect cappuccino made by the lovely Mrs. Nella (honestly, one of the best we’ve ever had!) and the delicious freshly made crepes by Graziella, who brought a touch of joy and authenticity to each morning. The resort caters wonderfully to both couples looking for romance and families with children wanting fun and relaxation. There’s a great balance of privacy, comfort, and activities for all ages. We can’t wait to return – this place truly feels like a slice of paradise in Sicily. Highly recommended!
