Loved the pool- so lovely to sit by the pool and hear the sea and see the sea, Staff were exceptional and helpful. Room was large and spacious - bewaitifil colonial garden and manikin trees Remember the tide goes out and you can walk along the beach - for us it was in the afternoon

Bed was very hard - a mattress topper may help No mirror to do my makeup- too dark and far away Not enough umbrellas at around the pool - lots of sneaky steeling 😝 The bar/restaurant sea front couldn’t been better set out- nice sofas and tables etc

We enjoyed being close to the beach and being able to access it with ease.

There were a few areas that needed to be addressed. The pool had many tiles missing and could be a danger. The decking around the pool had many screws sticking up, which were also a danger, and the shower doors in the room needs attention. The shuttle bus, although it was a welcome addition it could run more often as the times it did run were limited and not very suitable.

A perfect choice if you want to spend time in Hua Hin comfortably and peacefully. The hotel meets all your needs: the beach is wonderful, the pool is clean and pleasant, the breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. There was not a single thing that I didn't like, I highly recommend this accommodation and an extra plus point is the proximity to the Cicada market, the night food market and good restaurants. If we were to come to Hua Hin again, we would only choose this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, lovely lobby area and gardens, plenty of sunbeds around pool, rooms were spacious and bathrooms had both a bath and separate shower. Staff were friendly, as was to be expected the English of some at reception was better than others, but there was always someone around who understood enough to get your needs across. Bottled water is provided free of charge each day. There are umbrellas, dressing gowns and flip flops/jandals provided in the rooms together with a safety deposit box (free to use, unlike European hotels). We did not use the restaurant so not sure what that was like but did have drinks from the beach/pool bar.

No cushions available for the large circular sofa at the beachfront. Wine not included in the Happy Hour.

Beautiful buildings and grounds very serene and peaceful and so much natural beauty. Breakfast was varied and delicious and catered for all tastes including Thai and international cuisine. Staff were welcoming and very helpful in every aspect. Pool area was beautiful and spacious with plenty of options for relaxing on loungers. The room was comfortable and spacious

The only negative was the bathroom and the shower which was really awkward to use and dated , the beds were hard but we were afforded a topper which improved matters

- Hua Hin is an attractive, lively city with many opportunities for leisure and good food - the hotel & resort is located very nicely (to Tamarind Food Market and Cicada Market it‘s only ten minutes walk) - the beautiful garden makes it a green oasis - the romantic, traditional style of buildings & rooms - Wonderful pool area - very friendly staff

- finding the right water temperature of the shower in the room is not so easy with the old-fashioned mixer tap - this time there where sometimes noisy building activities for a new hotel or the like on the neighbour plot - most probably because of the season (short after rain period, windy weather, ebbtide & flow) the beach of the property was only accessible in the late evening, so there was no swimming in the sea possible

THE HOTEL WELCOME ...ROOM ..POOL.. BRAKFAST WHERE EXCELLENT. THE SITUATION RIGHT NEXT TO THE BEACH WHERE THE TIDE CAME IN AND OUT RIGHT UP TO THE STEPS OF THE HOTEL WAS A REAL PLUS ESPECIALLY FOR EARLY MORNING SWIMMING BEFORE BREAKFAST..THE WHOLE HOTEL HAD A LOVELY CALMING EFFECT ON ALL THE PEOPLE STAYING THERE..

EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTILL WE CAME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AT 6AM IN THE MORNING WHEN WE WHER INFORMED THAT OUR ROOM HAD BEEN CHECKED AND WE WOULD BE CHARGED FOR SLIPPERS FLIT-FLOPS AND A BEACH BAG WHICH WE HAD BEEN TOLD ON ARRIVAL THAT THE BAG WAS A GIFT TO TAKE BACK TO ENGLAND. iT'S NOT THAT I NEEDED THE BAG IT WAS JUST THE WAY IT WAS DONE AS IF WE WHERE STEALING ..IT.. PUT A REALLY SOUR TASTE ON WHAT HAD BEEN A LOVELY STAY. ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS A NOTE IN THE ROOM TO STAY THAT TESE THINGS WOULD BE CHARGED NOT TOLD THEY WHERE A GIFT TO TAKE HOME . AND THEN TOLD THEY WHERE NOT..... SUCH A SHAME THEY NEED TO SORT IT OUT...

The pool and gardens were lovely and welcoming. Our room.had a good sized terrace where we would sit and enjoy the glorious weather. The beach front location was perfect for us too. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The room was huge and spacious, even though it was a little dated it was very comfortable.

The breakfast quality wasn't all that great. As a vegetarian, the hot breakfast options were all pork dishes, with one seafood option. They did have an egg station but I didn't try it. Even the salad had bacon bits! My husband was keen to use the gym but the equipment was very old, functional but a little rusty!

Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice and space. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - from the car park guys to the housekeeping team. They were always very keen to help. We ate at the hotel three times in the evenings. The food was very good, good value and if we had been any closer to the sea, we would have been in it! The two local markets - Tamarind and Cicada - are excellent. Much more than the standard street markets. A great stay.

It is a large site, which requires a lot of ongoing maintenance. This is a constant job and there will always be things that need some attention, especially given the wonderful character of the buildings and furnishings. We really liked this character, but it may not be to everyone's taste.

Sincere and helpful service, especially when you need help. They take pride in their work in every department, from front desk to housekeeping. Gorgeous heritage building architecture, patio in front of my room, delicious breakfast included, well maintained garden, pool and bar as well as hotel spa. Daily water provided, room mini fridge and fruits on tea table are bonus! Hardly has insects/ mosquitoes, which makes it comfortable sitting outdoor. Amenities available, my favourite is the handy rattan beach bag! Location is nearby weekend cicada market- walkable distance. Shorts distance to most of the places especially when it’s low tide that you can walk across the sand bed. Hotel is facing the unblock sea and grab is easily available.

It’ll be great if there’s iron and iron board available. An idea to make it more exclusive- provide a small mosquito repellent for guests will be great! The walkway in front hotel towards main junction might be dark to walk at night.
