The bathroom looked as if it was just renovated, very nice!! The host was friendly and approachable and gave us the option of rooms as the higher tier room was available. The breakfast was an assortment of cakes, orange juice, coffee, and toast. The marmalade toast was great. 5* toast topping... not sure why anyone would dislike marmalade

The art in the house is actually quite nice and tastful, yet there is one painting over the bed with a woman covering her face with dark colored eyes... when you wake up at 2am it isn't the most settling thing 😅

We enjoyed staying in this beautifully appointed little guest house in Montilla. The room was comfortable and we were warmly received. The location is very central. There is free parking on the street just outside as well as a little further away, but as it is public a place can not be guaranteed.

Overall pleasant stay, the House has an old charm and is beautifully decorated. The facilities were basic and so was the breakfast

A quaint little place to stay for one or two nights. It has alcoves a little patios all over the place which makes it a little place to enjoy. We were the only guests so we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was acceptable.

Finding parking can be difficult.

Such a beautiful house, beautifully decorated and a pleasure to stay in and a lovely owner. We asked for a kettle and were allowed to use the kitchen. The location was perfect and the parking was easy.

The bathroom was separate from rhe bedroom but was in the next room so wasn't really a problem. I was only there for a 1 night stopover-but for a decent sized town it appears to have limited options of places to eat and cafes.

The owner was very nice. The first morning, we got buns, jam, spreadable butter, tea, juice for the breakfast. That was very basic but based on the reviews I have read here saying that the owner adjusted breakfast to clients' wishes, I asked her whether she would make us eggs with some vegetables and she was very nice and made us omelette with some ham and tomatoes. The room was nice and the whole apartment was very interesting with a lot of her paintings. Bathroom had a bidet and a bathtub.

For three nights, we have stayed in a room that did not have a bathroom connected to it, so we had to go through the hall to get to the bathroom. Last night we had another room booked and there we didn't have such a problem. The owner did not speak English, so that made conversation a bit harder but we managed.

Great location in the heart of the town within walking distance of bodegas, tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast is included and our host even went out of her way to get pate for our toast on the second morning.

The owner is the nicest lady. She was very helpful, let us choose the room, prepared the breakfast, she was really really nice. We wish all the rentiers were like her.

Montilla is the place to skip during the Andalucia cruise. There is basically nothing special to see. Although it is famous as a wine producing region there are no wine bars in which one could taste their pride. So just drive around it.
