The staff was so nice and welcoming! They spoke quite good English and were patient with our very mediocre spanish. The rooms were large and comfy, incredible for the price.

It was a bit out of town, not a serious issue for us though because we had bikes.

lovely staff, one man in particular was so helpful. I am sad that I didn’t get his name. he gave us a room to store the bikes and was helpful in every way. The room was lovely , a/c cool and the beds comfortable. all excellent.

It was quiet because it was located just outside of town. We liked that.

The price. Very good value, so obviously you can't expect much.

The upper bed covers were dirty. Other than that everything was clean and functional. Basic, but then that was reflected in the price.

The room was spacious, nice bathroom and good air con.

The room is basic and decoration dated. It was very noisey in the morning with people eating downstairs in the restaurant

It was the only hotel in the area available.

The cafeteria was not open 24 hrs as stated so we went out for an evening meal when we returned to the hotel the cafeteria was closed and locked up but the entrance to the hotel reception was open and our room keys where on the counter where anybody could have picked them up and stolen all our belongings including money and travel documents!
