It was in walking distance of a subway and everything was not too far from each other. It was very clean and the air conditioner was super duper cold.

I didn’t like that the full body mirror was not really useable because of the bed. Just needs to be moved.

great location in the financial district with LOTS of places to eat in the neighbourhood 7 minutes away from the subway station and 5 stops away from times square safe area to come back to in the evening breakfast available for $18 per person (you don't need to book in advance and possibility for takeout) clean room, nice bathroom

the room was made for 4 but the area was not really made for 4: small beds, not enough space for the luggage/storage/stuffs in the bathrooms (but it's new york)

Great location and good sized clean room. Walking distance to heaps of restaurants, sightseeing and public transport.

Lift’s could be improved, literally takes 30-45 mins waiting to get space in lifts going up or down. Understaffed as there was only one person in peak rush hour time for checking and checkouts.

Breakfast was amazing m. Staff was very lovely. Had a great time. Felt comfortable.

Only thing I’m not very happy with is about that 200$ deposit. They said it could take up to 4 weeks to show on the bank account.

So tiny room, not the same ft2 as described at the photos. Thin walls, hearable all others nearby. No lobby or waiting hall at the entrance.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Modern. Great position for seeing the bridges within 3 minute walk. Great for 9/11 , staten island ferry, Wall Street. We got up very early and watched the sun rise over Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. Magical! Local bus service very handy and subway a block away.

Just slightly out of the action but regular local buses. Sometimes I felt reception could have been more helpful but it was just the odd member of staff. Cleaning staff were lovely. Rooms small but not a problem.

Conveniently located and very comfortable. I almost chose a more expensive option because of some of the bad reviews but my experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable. The room comes with an iron and a blowdrier as well!

Only minor dissatisfaction was that the room did not have any slippers and the air conditioning was a bit loud.

Shower curtain old. Needs replacement. Shower water pressure varies to much. Needs maintenance.

The hotel in itself was great. Location near Subway which serves many lines that take you uptown and to Brooklyn as well as the airports. Clean and nice rooms, although not too overly spacious. Cleaning service was provided daily with new toilet papers and cleaning of the trash bins, although some times they didn't make our beds (because we had our pjs on them, which i have never experienced anywhere else) but we didn't mind. The did leave notes though that if we needed something we could ask at the front desk. All in all a pleasant stay, definitely worth the price we paid. Nothing luxurious but absolutely enough if you dont plan to stay all day in our hotel room. TV with Netflix was a plus.

not so sound proof windows but okay you're in New York so that means you should be prepared from noise from the street at all times, though we surprisingly didn't have trouble sleeping at night Our fridge didn't work, or let's say it has a function that you press a button inside that makes the fridge wrk for just 2 hours and then it shuts off again. I tried it a couple of times but i dont think it cooled our stuff in there even when i pressed it. The guy who came to look at it said that's how it works... i dont know.

This is an excellent choice for a mid-range hotel located in a handy area of Manhattan. I had the food fortune to be provided a wheelchair-accessible room (I didn't need one) so had the luxury of a rather spacious room by New York standards. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom quite large and spotlessly clean. There's nothing particularly charming about the hotel, it is functioning, well-located, and the staff is efficient. In terms of value for money I would definitely come back to this hotel.
