The hotel is absolutely beautiful and whilst not cheap, good value for Manhattan. We were blown away by the quality of our room, the bed was super comfy and the shower incredible. It made the perfect oasis to come back to after a day exploring. The staff were wonderful, Eddy in particular looked after us bringing takeout to our room and helping us. We've stayed in many 5* hotels in our time, but this one is up there as one of our favourites in a major city.

Only very small, but putting a "make my room up" sign available, not just a DND. We were in our room during the day a couple of times and typically housekeeping turned up during that small slot and then didn't come back.

GYM is absolutely fabulous! Rooms are amazing. A restaurant to have a proper breakfast. A bar to have a drink after a long day. What else can you dream of, while in the capital of the world? A hidden gem, that can no longer be hidden. Additionally - check out the Pier 11 - and easy connection to midtown via waterway if you would like to commute without traffic!

The beautiful bar at the 15th floor was fully booked for private parties everyday. Hence in our 6 nights stay we were not once able to enjoy the rooftop terrace.

Everything . This boutique hotel ticks all my luxury boxes. It is decorated beautifully. The beds are comfortable, with good linens. Nice robes and slippers, nice modern bathroom, dimmers on all light switches. Excellent customer service, we ate breakfast and lunch , both good . The dining area and lounge are super cozy .

- the staff were truly exceptional. From the concierge service, to the receptionist, to the doormen. Nothing was ever a problem, very personal and friendly - hotel decor was really nice. Felt luxurious. Loved the heated floors and Aqua de Parma touch

- room was too small for us. Didn’t feel there was anywhere to ‘chill’. I appreciate this is Manhattan - we loved the location but probably only for a couple of days, then mix it up with a Greenwich / Soho area which are more vibrant at night

Fantastic hotel, immaculately clean, comfortable, genuinely luxurious; from mattress to bathroom. Location ideal for exploring old Manhattan, great things to see and do in walking distance including Brooklyn Bridge, NYSE, Trinity church, The Oculus, Battery Park & Staten Island Ferry. Remarkably quiet at night. Excellent cocktails and food too. Great staff in every area, welcoming and low key with polished service. Would love to return.

Absolutely nothing. It’s rare to book somewhere and not be a little disappointed between photos/sales pitch and reality, but The Wall Street Hotel exceeded our expectations, and delivered it all.

I've been travelling with my kid and during the busy holiday time we've got an upgrade of the room , which was absolutely stunning. All the Christmas decorations in the hotel, the comfort of the bed , room services, luxury bath fragrances from Le Labo , you can also feel it around all the hotel , the live Jazz in Lounge on Pearl... simply the sence for the details in this hotel makes you feel so welcomed . It was my first trip to NY and there is no reason to choose any other hotel next time. An extra thanks to Sara! Thank you so much for this experience.

Wall Street hotel is located in the financial district and close to where our daughter stays. Subway stations options are a short walk away and it’s a walking distance to the NY stock exchange. The room size and bath was a great size The air conditioning and of the , it’s furnishings were all first class Ample space for our luggage and sufficient closet space Bed was large and comfortable The color scheme of the room was very soothing The room always smelt fresh

Everything was exquisite! From the design to the people working there, all 10 out of 10 - nothing to complain. The room was spacious which is a big plus for NYC hotels, also the bathroom was specious and the shower was just ideal. Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and extremely nice, room service was fast and the food on point.

Location is amazing (Wall Street is always a great location) but if you're visiting during weekend be aware there're not many places to visit or have food, etc. You will need to walk for a few minutes or take any transport towards West. Nothing major - just being peeky!
