Restaurant staff, food variety and room cleanliness

The reception staff when we arrived at dawn said the rooms are fully booked except for a suite room available, knowing that there are rooms on the Booking app but he wanted us to pay the price of the suite and when we completed the reservation through the app he said check-in is at 2 pm and we arrived at dawn and here the manager intervened and helped us with the reservation and check-in, my advice is to book through the app and be there at the check-in time because some employees take advantage of the customer at the late hour

I am a guest from Taiwan who stayed in Room 745 from 18 March to 1 May 2025. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every member of Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad staff. Throughout my stay, Hyatt superb service, delicious food, and first-class facilities created an unforgettable, home-away-from-home experience. Mr Abhishek, Mr Kundan, and many other colleagues whose names I sadly did not record treated me like family, constantly checking in and offering warm greetings that made me feel safe and relaxed, even while far from home. I owe special thanks to Mr Abhishek. Besides treating me with genuine friendship, his sharp eye helped me recover a lost item. I am also grateful to the front-desk reservations team for letting me remain in the same room for the entire stay, sparing me the inconvenience of moving. As for dining, I ate most often at Tinello, yet it was the authentic Indian flavors at Sārvatt that left the deepest impression—I still miss those dishes now that I have returned to Taiwan. My stay coincided with mango season, and India’s unique mangoes led me to order the Mango Mint from Chai Shop almost every day. During occasional moments of homesickness, the genuine Chinese cuisine at China House brought comforting tastes of home. There are far too many excellent facilities and services to list them all. Housekeeping kept my room spotless each day and always replenished supplies thoughtfully. Hyatt laundry service also impressed me—I was amazed by the high-quality washing, drying, and pressing and would love to observe the process someday if possible. The fitness center’s modern, plentiful, and diverse equipment allowed me to maintain my exercise routine after work and on weekends. Once again, thank you to everyone at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. If my friends or colleagues ever travel to Ahmedabad, I will enthusiastically recommend that they stay at Hyatt Regency. Wishing all Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad staff continued success and every happiness.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Ashram road, and our experience was exceptional. The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Sabarmati riverfront. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. The ambiance is delightful, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely polite and very well-mannered, adding a personal touch to the service. The room was well-decorated, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. The hotel's central and excellent location, offering stunning Sabarmati riverfront views, was a major highlight, especially as we were there to watch an IPL match. We were incredibly grateful for the early check-in provided at 9 AM. Our spacious room offered great comfort, and the breakfast spread was delightful. A special mention must go to the entire team, from Housekeeping to the breakfast restaurant, whose hospitality and service were truly amazing. Thank you for a very nice and memorable stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Ahmedabad for my Diwali holiday. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, and accommodating, displaying the highest level of professionalism in their guest services. Each morning, I truly enjoyed a fresh and flavorful Gujarati breakfast, which came with a delightful twist of continental options yet remained authentically Gujarati. The dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff who were eager to recommend something new from the delicious, king-worthy menu. Ah, I’m already missing that warm, homely aura as I leave! The hotel’s modern electric cars provided a smooth and stylish ride, making transportation a real pleasure. And let me not forget the spa—where the strong pressure massage was divine—as well as the well-equipped gym and refreshing swimming pool. Hyatt Ahmedabad is truly a gem, offering top-notch amenities at great value. I can’t wait to return next Diwali and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad for any purpose. Good location, spacious room, professional staff

Unusual scenario from Indian perspective: The washroom doesn’t have latch or bolt and hence you cannot close it from inside. It may be a usual practice in places outside india but not common here. So, it may turn embarrassing in case you are travelling with family / friend / children. I feel the option of latch should be there. Also the water for flush was visibly dirty. Initially I thought it’s because of inadequately treated STP water. But the staff told me that they don’t use STP water. The staff had no answer for neither of the two issues when discussed.

Exceptionally courteous & well mannered staff. This goes as a shout out to the young staff who were extremely nice & soft spoken. The chefs, kitchen staff, young boys & girls at the dining area did their best to manage the great rush during the meal timings which I think was commendable to see. If you could up the level of cleanliness in the room. The carpet of the room needs deep cleaving / replacement, if necessary.

After having a not so good experience at another hotel, I booked a night at the Hyatt. They instantly solved my problem of storing my luggage for 3 days, which my previous hotel had refused to help with. On arrival, loved the kindness of all the staff, from security to luggage handlers to the receptionists. To my surprise, I was upgraded to the premium suite which was an amazing room to stay in. I can rightly say I truly had a luxury 5* experience. The view of the sabarmati river was great too. The next day, I experienced some great food for breakfast. My checkout process was smooth as expected. Will only be staying here on my business trips from now onwards. I have previously stayed here with my family too, which was an amazing experience too.

due to building work, the location of the hotel was not easily accessible by my cab, so took me a while to find it. wish there were a bit more signs on Ashram rd to guide first timers.
