The waffles were very delicious. Not so much the other breakfast items. The hot chocolate and coffee were very good. The complementary gift bags were simple yet meaningful.
The elevator needed repairing. It was slow and made crazy noises everytime we used it.

Easy access off of freeway. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly with dog run, etc…
$75 pet fee. Our room (102) must have been next to the kitchen. Noisy early in the morning.

The room was comfortable. I love the cinnamon rolls.
They charged me a $25 incidental fee. I didn't like that. It was refunded in a few days. I still don't agree. They had my Amex card and there was no way they were going to lose any money. It would be a deal breaker for me if that continued. There were other hotels right next door.

Quick and easy check-in, clean facilities and room. Breakfast was awesome, not just a bagel and yogurt (which they had), but bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and you can make your own mini waffles (banana and vanilla).
Got stuck in elevator. Don’t push door close after your floor #, only 1, 2, and 3.

Friendly staff that had a warm plate of cookies waiting for its guests. Room was clean and up-to-date.
The shower did not work properly and the digital display on the thermostat did not work. Both issues reported to front desk upon leaving the next morning

The presentation of the breakfast bar with a variety of breakfast items was great. Typically, hotels offer simply a continental breakfast and not enticing especially when you have a long day ahead of you. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast area was soooo welcoming. The gym area was a plus even though there was no time to partake.
