We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very spacious, I appreciate that furniture wasn't there just to take up space, we had room to move around and place our luggage, the closet was large and the bathroom was perfect for our family.

I thought the breakfast could have been more enjoyable and have more options.

Location of the property was very convenient. Staff was friendly.

I was disappointed in the selections at breakfast. there was not much to speak of. The room was located at the secondary exit door and the door slammed every time it was used. soft closed would have kept me from being woken up all night. I am sure other rooms would have been fine, just luck of the draw I guess.

Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. The staff at the front were very friendly.

The caulking around the tub was in need of replacing. The breakfast was not appealing. The eggs were runny, the sausage didn’t look done. The premade biscuit sandwiches were a bit soggy. But the coffee was great.

Very clean and well maintained property, breakfast area and rooms. Free breakfast: good oatmeal (not a packet of instant with hot water) with lots of toppings: fruits, nuts, and sweet options. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, good coffee, bagels, yogurt and fruit were also available-all high quality for a free hotel breakfast. Helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Rocks instead of grass-but it's desert, so rocks are standard.

If you use your directions from the reservation, you will exit 277, and it will be a deserted road!! Yes, my husband trusted your directors and 20 minutes out our way in each direction. Unacceptable and dangerous in a city we are unfamiliar with.

I wish we lived close to Ft. Stockton! The staff was welcoming, the room was very spacious, beds were soft and cozy, the pool and spa were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There is a bar which was a welcome site after our long day of driving. This was the favorite hotel of our family and was the perfect end to our 10 day road trip.

When it didn’t look like we could make that long of a drive it didn’t work out a refund for us or with booking. Com, although I had cancelled before midnight our time the night before.

Eggs looked “funky” but waitress was letting everyone know they were “real”—they looked powdered and watery so I didn’t taste

Google directions sent us out on s dirt road 6 miles from town apparently a “known” problem by staff. Since I hadn’t booked directly with hotel then I didn’t get directions from hotel until I called (dark late at night!!)

Good Breakfast, excellent location, hotel was clean and staff was very courteous. Will definitely stay again

Bathroom towels were not folded properly and appeared to have stains

Breakfast was very good. Lots of parking.

The imessage indicated that we could have a ground floor room, but none were available. Fortunately there was an elevator. Need a better sign at the driveway.
