I am autistic and I am a single mother who was traveling with my daughter and her ESA Cat as well as two small reptiles in travel enclosures and I was exhausted from driving for too long I was lost and couldn't see where the hotel was so I spoke to the staff who talked me through the directions and helped me check in quickly and easily and she was super kind even though I was freaking out from stress and on the verge of a meltdown she was very sweet and every time i came back she helped me just as kindly and made sure we had everything we needed and in the morning the staff was super sweet as well very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed

It was difficult to find Google maps has it marked incorrectly and the sign was facing a different direction than how we approached so it made it hard to see especially at the time of day we arrived because the sun was setting and in my eyes

Everyone was professional, and very outgoing. The bed was nice and I was able to get the room cooled down quickly. Breakfast is always a hit/more for me, and I cannot eat anything with wheat (gluten). They had cheese omelets!!

The room had a bit of a funny smell, but as the nose gets used it, it was not an issue. the shower head would not stay where I wanted it too, but with a bit of manipulation, it all worked out.

The breakfast was very good. AC was the quietest of any hotel during our trip. Staff was courteous, new floor in rooms was a plus. Ice was convenient, parking right in front of room. Desk staff was great both checking in and checking out. Best price and nicest room by far, others were at least 50% higher. Convenient to highway and restaurants.

Did not like having small rest room open directly into dining area, next to serving bar.

Clean, super comfortable beds, nice shower with fluffy towels. Great location close to Walmart, McDonald's and a car wash to take care of those Texas size bugs. Breakfast was good and available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. It's a great value for an overnight stay.

Ice machine was located by occupied rooms making it awkward to get ice anytime.

Location was right off the I10 but away from where we wanted to go. Breakfast was just ok. Bed was comfy, room was relatively clean, and park right outside the room. Had everything you need for an overnight stay. White noise from AC drowned out the noise outside too.

Dated hotel, breakfast was limited and juice machine is broken.

The bed was as very comfortable although it was difficult to get on as it was do high.

I'm disabled and require a chair to dress or I'll lose my balance fall down. The bed was too high and the chair that was there kept leaning so far back I thought Iwas going to fall backwards.

Staff at the property were incredibly nice. Our room was clean with no weird smells. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure.

No complaints. Great hotel for a quick overnight on a road trip.

Room was great love the towels and the cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast could be more desirable if you're going to have eggs you should have some kind of sausage or meat to go with it other than just pancakes and cereal.

The front desk attendant has always been very kind and cheerful and the rooms are very clean. The parking is very accessible and very lit up.

Not necessarily the property. I think it’s the lack of common courtesy to not stand by windows and being loud in the mornings. I feel like people forget.

Room was basically clean except floor and bathroom sink. Crud,and long black hair several piles on floor like it wasn't swept, and little black hairs in sink. Gross. Breakfast agh. Had to rewash feet to put on shoes.
