The hotel have good location, great & polite staff. Feels welcoming when i checked in & out. Plus hv good place to eat & very close to Aiman Mall. Very convenient to buy stuff. Hotel very clean & comfortable. This is my second time staying & will definitely come back. Price wise is quite reasonable. Wish next time can provide shower cape. 😁👍

clean & tidy. service good and the staff were helpful. just one thing, my last stay experience was, the housekeeping give me a broken iron and i accidentally burn my shawl 🥲🥲. everything was great except the IRON. please upgrade and buy new iron 🫶🏽

The hotel is new, so the interior is very aesthetically pleasing. The room is spacious, a lot of parking and affordable. The hotel is very near to Aiman Mall so, it's pretty easy to find food or to buy things.

I think the room can be cleaner and please, remove the hair from the shower floor please. I assume maybe it was rushed as there's people waiting to check in maybe.

Location nearby to shop, hyper market and mall. Plenty of choices for foods and stalls sell delicious local foods. Walking distance and the facilities and their services awesome 👍

Some minor cleaning need to highlights, the air-conditioning of my room got spider web. No phone inside room as intercom to communicate to reception counter.

I like how the staffs are efficient. They would put in the effort to call you to ask if the room needs cleaning. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. I love the hotel's design.

The pillow case/bed sheet had stains. I wish they would not use them as it makes it look dirty.

Scary elevator with no wall and ceiling, and safety cone parking by the hotelier on the 4 carparks depriving customers of easy access parking.

Like - Close to UNIMAS, UiTM, and INTAN Dislike - The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and the hotel only had one elevator (which was slow and had long queues).

The environment and the room is comfortable.. here got unique lift and I like it.. their staff also friendly and quick response.. highly recommended for those who want to stay here!

the bathroom need air freshener because got a little bit uncomfortable smells.. or maybe the smells come from the curtain inside.. but overall is excellent..
