It is like a hotel with receptionist to check you in. Staff is friendly. Location is reasonable. There is a forested area on one side of the property. But a main road on the other side. See photos. But still very quiet and peaceful. Walk on the small road at the entrance to go to the main road and you will reach a small shopping mall with restaurants, convenience stores, etc. About 10 to 15 mins walk.

Internet is very slow. This is a very old property. Old furniture and finishings.

like the internet access, internet TV, excellent air condition, like to stay at ground floor, easy access to carpark right infront of the door, like the room upgrade with no extra charge !

building structure is quiet old, no point to modernise or repaint, keep it as it is classic look and legend. Just maintain fitting and fixture regularly. all electrical appliance and utensil need to be upgraded to current standards.

As usual if we go kuching , song apartment (Jinhold) is the best place to stay .

To be honest , for further the channel of Tv if can include astro or RTM since Now upgrade to Smart Tv . Mybe some people like the Netflix so on , if us We just need Astro Or RTM . BUT its not a complain , just a Suggestion . Overall We love to stay there .

Very spacious apartment, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to many eateries, hairdressers, starbucks, chemist, Pizza Hut. Highly recommended!

Someone upstairs was moving furniture constantly which would be the only downside and would probably only affect this room. Otherwise fairly quiet even though we were right at the entrance. Would still recommend!

Quiet. Location is good. The overall place is clean and everything is functioning in the room. The staff are efficient and friendly.

The property has no lift so for guests who are having problem to climb the stairs it’s best to request ground floor room in your booking. Other than that all good.

Big one bedroom appartments and very close to amazing China Friendship park.

Cleaning was not super attentive to details and sometimes there was smell from the toilets as a few Malaysians smoke in toilets.

value of money, the location is very strategic. you may do cooking too.

no washing machine. its a bit noisy during early morning (e.g. 6am) and u can't sleep slight late. other than that, is definitely ok.

The place situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking space. Friendly staff and one I still remember at the front desk is Mr Lokman. The room is bigger than expected. I enjoyed it during my stay. Will be back again on the next trip.

There is more space to improve, such as cleaning up the path, stairs, and corridor. The building needs to be repainting for new fresh looks. Keep up to maintain the plants' surrounding area for a better environment.

Location, car park safety, laundry and comfort. Always my place of choice to stay in Kuching. Variety of studio room to 3 bedroom apartment gave me plenty of choice for my family trip. Having a kitchen has made me choose Jinhold over other place. Staffs are very nice and helpful. My family treat this place as their 2nd home.

During the stay only have issues no current electricity on 3 pin plug 🔌 & electric kettle wasn't functioning well can't even cook water 😞 and also complimentary mineral water do to upon request.
