Very convenient location, near Airport and the area has a lot of F&B options. Ample parking spaces around too. Restaurant in Rume has excellent food, and overall it was a comfortable stay.

Housekeeping is rather inconsistent, and the room lacked basic amenities like toothbrush/ bedroom slippers but we went to the front desk to ask for this. Just not too sure about the housekeeping (stayed there for 4 nights only got 1 day of housekeeping)

The service was excellent！On the first day, my room faced the main road and was a bit noisy but they quickly changed my room when I requested it the next day. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

I suggest that the curtains could be a bit longer to prevent sunlight from shining into the room

The place is very near to the airport and also accessible to many eateries. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd stay there.

Whilst the bathrooms are generally clean, they need to pay attention to some spots, which can be unsightly. Generally no major complaints

Thin wall, you can hear your neighbour chit chatting. Not providing room slippers. 1 thing annoyed me was only 1 dustbin inside the bathroom and small, should provide also 1 at the living area.

Location was very near to the airport. It is also located in the vicinity of so many eateries.

Shower room may need more attention in maintenance as there were some black stains on the silicone sealant areas.

Courteous staff and nice clean room

Pillows too soft, wash basin counter is small, no space for toiletries. Its aesthical rather than practical

i like that the room was spacious and clean. and i like that the room is brightly lit, and got netlix.

Very clean and the lights in the room was white, not orange like most hotels which isn’t to my liking. Really comfortable too

Just a minor mishap - brief power trip but the staff quickly resolved it!

Near to airport, we stay one day before return to avoid morning traffic to airport. Room clean amd nice decoration. Staff friendly too.
