The staff where so friendly and the room super clean. I had a long stay in the hotel and i felt so welcome. It’s near to the airport and i like that it’s not directly in the centre. Everything that you need it’s near; grocery, restaurants, mall etc. It’s about 10’ with the car. The room service, dining and laundry service is top. I’ll come here again if I come to Kuching. (:

The hotel and the room met our expectations. The staff generally helpful.. It was a value for money stay with the buffet thrown in as part of the deal.

On day 2, we changed our room, but shortly after we moved in, the key card didn't work. Long story short, they tried fixing the problem but eventually they gave us another room, though not the one we preferred at the corner. I hasten to add staff tried their best. Other than that, the shopping centre next to it is serviceable, but newer and bigger malls are nearby if you are a shopaholic.

I really like the shampoo provided in the shower. It doesn't make your hair frizzy. can u tell what the brand is? :) Love the ambience of the room. I will repeat to stay here if i come to Kuching

Toilet: Could be improved if can provide water hose (not prefer to use bidet seat) Breakfast: Taste of Laksa Sarawak doesn't meet the expectation. Plz provide non cofee (hot choc/milo) in the coffee dispenser during breakfast

The food was really nice and good. Various types of food served during breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean. The air quality in the room was excellent. There were no bad odours like cigarette smoke smell. Easy to access and link direct to the shopping mall. Perfect place to stay.

No comment. - Just 1 suggestion, provide sejadah in every room for muslim guests. Sometimes guests forget to bring their own sejadah. Thank you

The room was large , clean and very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast with wide assortment of Western and Asian dishes. The staff were very helpful. I couldn’t complain about the breakfast. Compliments to the cooks and the waiting staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. It was a bit out of the way but I didn’t mind it.

I had a great 5-day, 4-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the location was excellent—close to shopping malls and a variety of food options. The convenience and comfort made my stay enjoyable. I look forward to coming back in the future!

However, there is room for improvement. The breakfast menu could have more variety.

I love everything about this hotel - friendly staff, food, facilities, location - same building with the mall. Had a good time in the gym which has enough equipments for most exercises. Did biceps and back on the day. Had a good swim with my son as well later in the morning. Food choices during morning buffet was great and delicious. Keep it up!

I like the hotel locations near supermarket and shopping, the breakfast included was very good with variety of local food.

The free wifi was slow and keep disconnecting, there was water leak at the corner window, and no microwave in the room.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is very big, the rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with a great array of choices.

It is a really big hotel and we were at the 18th floor. There are 5 elevators, but even so, it could be busy at breakfast time.

Great hotel to stay in to be honest. Good food served during breakfast, all fresh. Room is spacious and clean. overall it is a good experience to stay here. Hotel is near to the airport 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 plus point is the hotel is directly connected to a mall ☺️
