strategic location and surrounded by restaurants, night life, photos area, can jog around that area, a lot of parking spaces, laundry. Wifi provided and very strong coverage, 2 king or queen beds for 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids).

Sounds proof might not that good but okay for me. No cabinet/table just a simple bedroom, so all our luggage begs just put nearby the bed, small table, we will need to tag in and out from the front door, some people like it some no, but for me is okay for security purpose.

Location, cleanliness, pricing is good. Our room size was okay, not too small, but not big either. The washroom size is spacious and side handle on the wall is available, great for elderly/patients.

On our first few nights, no sounds issues because maybe the room next to ours were empty. But on our last night, the wall is obviously not sound-proof.

Loved that many food outlets are nearby, easy to get Grab or drive as parking is available. Rooms are clean, non-smoking, feels safe. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Check-in and out a breeze. Basic amenities (has clothes rack and shampoo n soap, etc as listed) so if you're okay with that, you'll find it a very comfy and a lovely stay here. Good job pls keep it up Hotin!

Nothing much but maybe each room could provide the info on nearest safety exits in case of anything.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Aircon is cold. Location is great. Near KPJ Hospital and many restaurants

Hotel location is in good location. Just on the outskirts of Kuching City, very near the airport, excellent places to have meals at 2 mins walking distances

Clean and near to town and airport. The hotel staff quickly called me after i check out because they thought i left a card in the room. Really good service and also the room is clean and quiet.

I love everything about this place. This was my second time checkin here.

Nothing that i didn't like because all the worker is very polite to all guest.

I love stayed there because it superb. All i expected is real. The staff also nice and can explain in details what i need or dislike. Never raised their voice at all. Kudos to them.

Only that please take note about the special request if the client stated something in it. Try to communicate more with other staff (not the same shift) so there will be no lack of information or can alert on the client's need the day before 🙂

Near airport. Great food around the area.

There's a club nearby. You can hear the music pumping in the distance. Very faint. But its there.
