Room was clean and spacious. Furnitures in the room looked new and modern. We ordered dinner from the room service menu and the food was really tasty! Staff at reception was polite, helpful and friendly. We checked out at 4.45 am to catch up for an early flight and the staff on duty politely asked about our short stay. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were boiling water when we noticed that the glass shelf located above the kettle area was full with dust. Same goes with the other tier too. The superior or team leader who supervise the room-maker team should inspect or rather ensure that the room prepared for guest has been really clean thoroughly.

SPACIOUS , CLEAN & COMFORTABLE WITH GREAT SMELL

The room is spacious, clean and the hotel provide complete amenities for the occupants. If you are a traveller with your own transport this is quite a good choice for your staycation. Ample parking space with FOC and the airport was just the opposite side. They also provide their shuttle to the airport on request. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre and all tourist spot is away from this hotel..But if you rent a car and you want a quite place for a good comfortable sleep then this is the best choice..and definitely you are not going to miss your flight too 😀 Your kids should enjoy their stay too as they privide the kids swimming pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver to guards to receptionists. My room (superior king) was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciate the fact that they have so many hangers available, and an ironing board and iron as well. The provided toiletries and amenities made things very convenient. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is visible when you exit the airport terminal. My room came with complimentary airport shuttle service, so travel to and from the airport was extremely quick and efficient. Don't be fooled by the proximity and decide to walk though--the roads do not have crosswalks and are not suitable for pedestrians. It was unfortunate that I only stayed for a single night for a plane transit. I would have loved to enjoy more of the hotel's offerings.

The shuttle transfer from Kuching airport to the hotel is a welcomed benefit for guests arriving. We found the room to be relatively large and comfortable.

Room did not include breakfast. However you are able to pay in advance at a discounted price or pay on the day itself. The buffet serves mainly local dishes during breakfast. My wife and I tried breakfast for a day, and the food was medicore. As it is a hotel and convention center, there were alot of seminar participants, and some items were not replenished in a timely manner. Had to wait some time for eggs too.

Love the comfy and spacious room, love the bed, the pillow, the wifi was accessible within hotel premise. The room service was excellent, the food taste good and the price was affordable. Highly recommended for business Travellers, families or anyone visiting Kuching.

the water pressure seems slow

Booking, parking and staff even the cafe is close for dine in, they want to cook upon request.

pls mentioned the rate for over night stay before customers checkin. Because the charge is different in apps and in the hotel.

The hotel is located infront of Kuching International Airport. With free airport transfer (only 2-3 mins trip) it is the nearest hotel to KIA. Never had breakfast there as as my flight is 5:40 am. Enough for overnight transit before continuing my journey. Limited time in hotel. Usually check in at 10 pm, supper and slept. Woke up at 4 am and go to the airport around 4:30 am

Nothing. Location is superb!

It's located just opposite the airport. The parking was free and ample in amount. The breakfast foods are nice and variety of choices.

Very strong cigarette smell upon entering the room. Strong smell also came from the bathroom. The management kept us waited at the lobby while the cleaner tried to clean the room from the smell of cig smoke. Took us some times before we could enter our room. Initially no more cig smoke smell after cleaning but eventually the smell came again especially in the bathroom even though not that strong.

Very comfortable & clean

breakfast- I was bring kids and she can’t take breakfast so much. but the staff asking for charges one more extra breakfast. others hotel can accept kid for walk in breakfast without charges. with this I think management should consider age under 10 years, can consider child free for that. and also others family bring so many kids, but I don’t think that staff ask for charge extra charges breakfast fee. if this can be improve that, I think next trip still can choose raia hotel as my first option. our family also very frequent trip to Kuching and need stay hotel. hope that this can be improve.
