Location: 1) Nearest eatery is a food court that is literally just next to the hotel, reachable within 5 minutes of walking distance. 2) There is a bank and at least 2 self-service coin laundries within walking distance. 3) Can go to any part of Kuching city at ease from the hotel because of the strategic location near a big roundabout that diverges to different parts of Kuching.

Upon arrival in the room, I noticed the: 1) water boiler wasn’t emptied (I guess it is never washed since previous person whom stayed in the room left) 2) the cup in the room was dirty with some kind of white powder in it, which again means the cup wasn’t cleaned after previous tenant check out 3) liquid shower soap in the wall-mounted soap dispenser in the bathroom was already hardened like gel, making the soap difficult to come out from the dispenser despite how many times I press the dispenser The matters above are all small matters. Hopefully housekeeping staff can do a proper cleaning and check if soap after each time a tenant checks out.

The hotel does not provide any breakfast. However, just next to the hotel is a 24-hour food court called Premier Food Republic that offers a good variety of food. Kolo mee, kampua mee, chicken rice, laksa, burger (Burger Times' pork bacon cheese burger is superb!), you name it. Halal and non-halal food easily found at the food court. I stayed in a room with Queen bed and window facing the big roundabout in front of the hotel. The room is compact but feels spacious enough for me, not claustrophobic. Bear in mind that during afternoon time, this room's window receive plenty of sunlight, adequate to dry your clothes if you hang them on the window starting from 9am till 6pm, provided they are not thick clothings.

There is no iron, water heater (to boil drinking water), coffee, or tea. There are only 2 500ml bottled water provided. Well, to me, this is fair enough to keep the room rate affordable and to prevent the room from being crowded with amneties. Travellers with small kids might find the room inadequate for the mentioned shortcomings but adult travellers would find it acceptable and value for money, for the price you paid.

The staff very helpfull. The hotel near the shop and restaurant also nearby airport. The price is very cheap and good value for money.
