Walking distance to delicious local hawker centers (101) (that also has a laundrymat) and a small mall with atms and discount stores. Easy grab ride to waterfront but if you want to walk from your hotel to the water then this is not the place for you. We enjoyed our stay (even stayed twice) and found the rooms adequate and slept well.

For the price there's not much we would change. I suppose if you are coming just to grab to national parks and the airport then this is an ideal place. If you want to walk around the waterfront then this is a bit far. It's not fancy but we found we liked the area more local authentic than the waterfront.

-6 minutes from KIA. -Located next to a shopping mall. -I would recommend this hotel for a solo travelling not for family pax. -Overall 8/10.

-The heater in my room was hot like very hot that even I already adjust it to medium level of hotness it is still hot that it burned my skin. I think there's something wrong with the heater in my room but I couldn't call for a staff because it is only a 2 nights stay and the staff was very nice and friendly that I cant' say my heater is not working in the way it supposed to. Better check on the heater next time.

The Room was clean, comfy, room facing city view, staff friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel is right next to City One Megamall. Very convenient. Don't worry about stomach, walking to the mall, you'll get something to eat,

The only thing is, when we plan to go out for dinner, its super heavy rain. I request from receptionist to borrow the umbrella, (i saw there's bunch of umbrella near the entrance). However the one of the receptionist pretty lady not allowed, no matter how i convince her, she say no with politely but stone heart, so sad 😂. She got explain but i can't really heard what she said, then after i run to the car and vrooom to the dining location.

The rooms are very clean. Hot water good. Housekeeping is good. Good parking space for guest. Restaurants abundant about 400meters Walking distance

Not much channels on TV. Access road to hotel need to resurface / redo / broken tiles / manhole covers lower than road level therefore bumpy while going around hotel premises.

Even when my room was next to the flyover, I rarely listen to the sound from outside (unless people honking). The room was clean and the bed super comfy! Additional +1 there's staff to help you where to park your car at night time (kudos for that!)

Channel TV limited. I would love to watch tv when I'm not on my phone.

Room was large and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly as well.

Not the hotel fault but the ventilation is quite bad if there is someone smoking in their room despite many reminder that is not a smoking hotel. The smell was along the hallway and in room.

I like the strategic location. I like how neat the room was. Bed and pillow were nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean.

The smell when I first entered the room. Weird smell that I have to spray my own fabric spray.

Room is clean and staffs are friendly. Car park available below the hotel which is very good and easy for me.

The shower is not working on the first room, only hot water regardless of which side you turn the tap. Went back to lobby and the staffs reassign me another room with proper shower tap.

Location is good, plenty of parking, air con is good , room is clean, staff is friendly,

If room too close to road (Lower floors) can hear the cars at night .

Very clean & the price is just nice for budget vacation

The maintainance of the room for example like the wall crack. & also the room kittle is rusty should change the new one.
