Great location. Fantastic value for money. Decent breakfast. Everything works. Room and facilities in good and new condition.

Hot water runs out very quickly. Not enough day-to-day change of breakfast dishes over my five day stay. The booking.com hotel webpage FAQ stated they had smoking rooms. I clicked on smoking room option. And I requested for a smoking room. This hotel does NOT have smoking rooms.

The hotel was located at very strategic location. Easy access to anywhere in the Kuching City, especially with Grab & Maxim. The room was clean & quiet. The daily breakfast was really good. Recommended!

Staff, to be precise, the Manager at the front desk can be more accommodating or at least learn to smile at customers when we inquire something.

Location very good, outside have food and shop. Just beside main road, if calling Grab or drive is very convenient. And to Kuching Airport is just 10min ride. AND their breakfast Sarawak Laksa is very good, surprisingly.

Parking place hotel is limited and behind the parking place seen a bit concern...... night time very dark and not much people will passby there unless the going parking place.

Avenier, the manager (not sure if I spell her name correctly?!), was very helpful & professional. When I first visit/ck out the hotel room, she was very accommodating & informative. She’s a great asset to yr hotel! Overall, am very satisfied w/our stay & will surely recommend to others. Free breakfast is a bonus! Food fm the hotel restaurant is delicious!

Easy access to various locations (shopping, food court, 4D, laundry etc) Buffet breakfast is the best.

Condition of room is old and my first room the water outlet is clogged. Need to renovate and upgrade.

The breakfast was so generous. Staff were all friendly. Delicious food. Room we stayed 3 person just nice. extra bed charged at reasonable price. EVerything is clean and tidy. EVen there is a restaurant walking distance is great.

if to walk to Cityone it may be quite a distance. if take grab they may not entertain us. A bit further not at the city centre.

Its very near to Borneo Medical Centre & any other eateries.Coin laundry is nearby like 5 mins walks & convinience store is just like 2 mins walk. Everything is so easy for me to bring my wife to the medical centre.

Luv the friendly staffs like manager Avery (not sure if I spelled her name correctly?!). very attentive, helpful & pleasant.

The toilet bowl smells a little. So, I kept the cover closed when not in use. The windows are dusty…

1. I like laksa very tasty and delicious. 2. The service from the staff is very good, cheerful and customer friendly.

The room is not cool, there is no hair dryer and there is a slight smell on the pillow case.
