Very spacious apartment, super comfortable bed and pillows, good towels, amazing pool and view. Really good breakfast that changed everyday and that catered to all tastes. Loved being across from the mall, lots of food options near by and very convenient to get to the main downtown and getting out of town. Always easy to get a Grab to go where we wanted. It was mostly always quiet despite lots of families staying. The filtered water machines in the hallways were a huge plus. They were able to give us a number for a private driver to go visit the caves.

The room had a smoking smell despite it being non smoking. The property could use a bit more upkeep (the pictures dont totally reflect the state of the place). The pool though nice had a layer of algae on the bottom and sides of the tiles. The staff were always very nice but not always properly informed (for example, we asked if there was a bus to go to the Semenggoh Nature Reserve and the front desk lady said there wasn’t when in fact there is a free bus that literally stops at the mall both there and back that takes you directly there.) We also think we paid too much for their shuttle to the airport. But for price it was very good.

I stayed at Executive One-bedroom Apartment for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfy and cold. The hotel facilities such as swimming pool and laundry were perfect. The pool just so relaxing at night. Easy access to Grab, Food stalls, Cafe and Restaurant. Check in and out process was just awesome with good customer services. Overall extremely perfect and definitely will stay here during our next visit.

Maybe can improve on TV Channel - Netflix access? Or a better channel. However, for us, TV is not important because most of the time we spending our time outside. Nevertheless, it might be important for some families with kids.

Loved that we stayed right above K11 because karaoke night then straight to bed is always a great time. The pool although just 1.2m was long enough to do laps.

For the price that we got it, the facilities could use some upgrades or at least proper cleaning. Toilet seat looked heavily stained, floor was dusty, tv was so old the pixels gave up, swivel chair creaked like it could break, and just disappointed at the level of cleanliness for an internationally-recognized brand. Take note: The pool showers were blocked so after a few seconds, you're standing in drain water so bring tall slippers. The jacuzzi button doesn't work which sucks. And the pool hasn't been deep cleaned in awhile cause the mold on the edge of the pool / stagnant water is a safety hazard just waiting to happen.

I booked my room a day prior of my arrival in Kuching and requested it to be on the higher floor facing swimming pool and Early check in (1pm). I would like to express my appreciation for the warming welcome from the staff, the check-in process was so smooth and they really fulfill my requests. I was given a studio room at level 7 with swimming pool view (spectacular view of the city) and they even allowed me to check in early without additional cost. The room was so spacious, very-very clean, smell nice. Almost utilities were provided such as iron, iron board, hair dryer, hangers, slippers, cooking utensils, pot, oven and refrigerator. The hotal were also have facilities such as swimming pool, gyms and laundry room (wash & dryer). The queen bed was so comfy and the pillow were just nice to be slept on. Overall was perfect and I am definitely will be coming to the same hotel on my next stay in Kuching. At the hotal main entrance got 3 vending machines selling drinks, some snacks, even some medicines and electronic gears such as charging cable. FOR info, at the ground floor, at different entrance, there is full of claw machines, like more than 50 machines. When you are bored, you can spent some $ to play these machine. So many choices 😁 Also at night, on the same ground, got some shop/café open.

Nothing. Everything was perfect and this is the best hotel so far I ever been.

The space was perfectly suited for a family of four, offering both comfort and practicality. We appreciated the convenience of having a microwave for heating food and a clean, well-equipped kitchen with spotless utensils. The master bedroom having its own TV in addition to the one in the living room was a delightful surprise—our kids absolutely loved it! The entire place was fresh and free from any unpleasant odors. It was a comfortable and family-friendly stay that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there are a few areas for improvement. It would be great if they could offer more TV channels, especially cartoon options for the kids. The pool area has potential, but certain sections of the jacuzzi could use a water jet spray, and the greenery needs trimming for a cleaner look. Entering the pool area directly from the lift facing the main dining room felt a bit awkward—perhaps installing a large curtain would offer more privacy for both swimmers and diners. Lastly, having a chair at the main entrance would be a thoughtful addition, making it more convenient while waiting for GrabCar or GrabFood.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The security guard assisted in pointing me to the correct direction to the reception counter. The kitchenette was well equipped. Suitable for a short visit with the family of 3.

The entrance opened to a vacant mall so it could be quite eerie at night. The basement could be scary for a guest who is travelling alone because few people were seen. There were only cars. Hopefully there are many CCTVs installed for safety purposes.

Hotel is excellent. its in a very Good Location just opposite to Spring Mall and walking distance to Swinburne University of technology Campus (Australian University) and an ideal place for parents to come to see their Children study at the Campus. few Restaurants are also available in the area. 20 Minutes from the ushing International Air Port. This is our 3rd time we stayed at Citadines, Not sure of Breakfast as our booking was on Room Basis.

Internet speed should be upgraded while multiple users are logged in

The room was superb. The comfort, the facilities and the cleanliness was amazing. It was worth the stay and for the money paid.

Can be improved. 1. It was supposed to be a large double bed when i booked. But the room i got was two single beds put together. Shouldnt it follow the selection made upon booking? 2. The water outlet (below) in the shower was stagnant. After showered, there's like a pool of water probably about 1 1/2nches high. But it subsides after a while. 3. The non stick pan needs to be replaced. Worn out. 4. Some of the bowls, plates and mugs were not in pairs. I booked for 2 pax. At least a pair of these would have been great.

Room is wonderful value for money. the location is super as its on the opposite side of Spring Mall and walking distance to Swinburn University of technology. ideal for Parent who are visiting their children studying at Swinburne University. there're few restaurants close by specially " Spoon " is a good restaurant with tasty food for reasonable price. we are very much satisfied with Citadines . it has a Nice Laundry Facility with Washer & Drayer and need to buy Tokens from the Front Desk

No thing at all

The rooms are exactly as pictured on the website. However, what surprised me was the 'hallway' to the rooms. A long walkway through a little jungle. It matches very much with the reason people stay there (for the monkeys and/or sunbears). The hotel staff is very friendly. Checkin was super easy (and fast), the restaurant is nice with decent prices. And with 5-10 minutes walking you are at the monkey sightseeing! Excellent location!

The walls/door of the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything from all rooms.
