I stayed at this hotel 3 times in one month as I had a few medical appointments to attend. I went twice on my own, once with my husband joining me. We had already stayed at this hotel a year prior, so I knew I wanted to return here simply because I knew I'd be looked after well. The staff are so friendly and honestly make you feel at home. They take care to welcome you and show interest in your day, or sharing upcoming events which may be happening during your stay. After one of my medical appointments, I couldn't leave the room due to needing to rest and so I ordered room service, which was quick and yummy! Breakfast was good. I enjoyed a dip in the small pool and relaxed by the pool for a few hours too (you ring for a towel and they quickly bring one to you) the location is fantastic and takes no time at all to get to the waterfront - kuching is so great to explore. I found a few coffee spots nearby, which were also great! The rooms are huge. A little dated, yes, however I feel the price reflects this very fairly and it doesn't affect how comfortable the stay was. Thank you again, and I hope to stay again soon!

Very spacious rooms. Most importantly the friendliest staff in the whole of Kuching <3 Robert who is at the door is making this property feel like The Ritz. Bonus for amazing Fried Chicken Rice just on the other side of the road :D

This hotel's glory days are over, is way overdue a grand refurbishment. Still - excellent value for money.

Very affordable. Decent swimming pool. Large room size.

Wifi wasn't so convenient. We had to enter the passcode each time we used it. The electrics in the room was questionable...one of our plug adaptors was totally blown out when a fuse short circuited - the room then lost all electrical power. Breakfast wasn't so great with limited choice and quality. Swimming pool surroundings was austere. Hotel was very dated.

Staff really are friendly , every staff I encountered is so nice and helpful, one of the first reason I choose this hotel to stay, I can see they probably want to modernized the hotel facilities, hope can see some changes in the future, room price is value for money,

Aircond didn't feel cold at at all idk why probably because I stay at smoking room at lvl 7 ,and always have a lift issues 🛗 , but still it's ok

Great room with a lovely view. It's an older style but everything was clean and comfortable. Great pool area too. Breakfast was a great variety and value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. It's not far from the river either.

Wifi was poor and evening food a little slow.

The Staff were tremendously helpful, pro active and a great host too. To name few, Izla, Robert and few cafe staff. I have requested to change the room provided at room number 1009 since the air conditioning was not funtioning very well and manage to change to room 303 with the assistance front office staff, Thanks.

3rd floor, the smell and odour of the carpet along the corridor was unpleasant, maybe due to the ceiling's leakage. There's only one lift working fot the whole stay.

Everything was perfect. I extended my stay. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Kuching. Thank you to all staff for making me feel so welcome, especially Shirley on front desk who was super helpful. Housekeeping was also excellent and did such a thorough job keeping the room nice and topping up all amenities. I really appreciated this.

- Toilet floor is wet - The room uses a key. You have to use the right tactics to open the door -TV channel no choice. All channels are blurred. Not clear
