New and clean. All staff is friendly and nicely greet the guest eapecially front counter included bell ball.

Attend for today ballroom function and almost end of the events wants to hurry go back rush to airport, saw the tea brekas was ready and for the cakes all ready, want to take a piece only before leaving, but at the waiter said cant cause wait for the time which is almost 4.15pm started. I said just a pcs then i will leave the place to head to counter to get my luggage bag. Then a leader chef came and looks angry face said a words then i dont hear as i need pick up my phone then after that i felt they all treated me not friendly and i just put down my plate and i said i returned back t o them then i leave in sadly. Its ok hotel sherathon. I paid staying there and i paid the function fees too.

The location is good and my room is spacious. The staff are friendly and attentive. The swimming pool on the top floor is a great place for relaxation and it has a great view of the city. Overall it is a great hotel.

There are a few things. 1. The corner of the cupboard in my room is broken. 2. There are marks on the floor isn’t be able to clean. I guess someone who stayed there before may had dropped something on it. 3. There are dirty marks on the bath towel for the first night I stayed there. I guess they can’t be able to clean it, otherwise it will be cleaned in the washing machine. 4. There are too many wall mirrors in the room and in the bathroom. 5. Overall the room is clean but I find some hair on the floor in the bathroom after they tidied up my room.

- Prime location near the cat statue - Smooth check-in and check-out at reception with accommodating staff. - Bedding selection with multiple pillow softness options. - Bluetooth speaker by the bedside.

- Rooftop pool size slightly small - Water temperature inconsistency, too hot despite normal setting (Level 20) - Leaking bathtub with slightly slow issue resolution; after 4 unanswered calls, I waited 15-20 minutes for a technician to repair and flush instead of being promptly moved to a new room. The issue and delay were understandable but disappointing for a high-priced, newly opened five-star hotel. Once confirmed irreparable on-site, Mr. Mirzan assisted with a room change and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation.

We came here for my birthday as a weekend birthday trip. A different kind of holiday, not a whole lot to do in the city, the city itself is quite sleepy but the hotel was very centrally located, very clean, spacious, great showers and really comfy bed. Staff were helpful but not the most knowledgable in terms of recommending places to see other than the typical sightseeing tour that they try to offer and help you book. Breakfast was good and rooftop bar had a great view but the pricing at rooftop bar was a bit too pricey, close to Singaporean prices which sees a bit much for Kuching. Didn't use the pool but what a great feature! So beautiful just to look at even. It's located not right on the waterfront like some of the other hotels but it's still only like a 3 min walk.

The city itself was not as exciting as some of the other places we've been but the hotel itself was great. Nothing we didn't like.

1- the bar is located at 23th floor (rooftop), truly relax with latest music on, calm and most staff are very friendly and kind, like to follow up to our tables to refill cold water. The experience was very excellent than the most rooftop restaurant that i ever experienced in my life. Tasty dessert with beers and is value for money (not quite expensive). 2- the bed with pillows was extra comfy to sleep on. 3- all facilities here looks modern and up to date, which makes me feels like I was in a paradise. I will come back to stay here again for my next trip. Truly brilliant and very good experience among the staffs, facilities and food.

1- toilet water overflow after I took the bath, the infrastructure floor structure for the toilet seem to be too low.. which may cause it overflow outside of the toilet., The others is all good except this.

Here's a funny story, we celebrated my son's birthday with my extended family whom I haven't seen in 14 years. At the party, my boy (who turned 4) got a helium lion balloon tied to his wrist. Later that night, while checking-in at the hotel, the string came undone and the balloon took off to lala land in the grand lobby. My son was crying and clearly upset that he lost the lion now floating high almost 3 storeys up looking down at all of us. The whole staff that night was probably figuring out rocket science and assuring us that we would have it back the next day. Leaving the lobby to our room, our boy was clearly distraught. Within 2 minutes of us unpacking in the quiet comfy room, "DING" went the doorbell with the man from the front desk with a big smile on his face, holding the Lion balloon. The joy on my son's face when the 'lost' balloon was returned was priceless. 100 out of 10 points for the staff working at Sheraton hotel. You've made a child's stay magical with your wizardry.

Lobby ceilings are way too high in a good way!

Love the variety of breakfast, i love the laksa & slurpp it all. Love the variety of restaurants available, we all just enjoy everything in the Sheraton Hotel. The staffs all are very friendly & helpful.

I had tea time at Normadic. However, the cake menu Glutanious Rice Cheese Cake did’t meet my expectation bcos its not glutanious rice but that was local native sealand dayak padi rice & it felt like a frozen cooked rice..Also, the rice taste as if it cooked with insufficient water. (Tips: If want to cook dayak rice, the water level must slightly a bit more than normal cook for normal rice due to water absortion & only so will the cooked dayak rice taste smooth, juicy & soft)

Over-priced for what you actually get - room was nice and well equipped but small with too much furniture squeezed in. Had a coffee machine but they wouldn't give me any pods. I had the normal Sheraton problem at check out (third time in 6 months) where they tried to charge for the room having already taken the payment - this time at check-in last time thru booking.com.

Payment problems with Sheraton again. Pretty sterile hotel - no atmosphere

Didn't include the breakfast as I'm a vegetarian and there's not much choices for me.

I'm grateful to the staff who upgraded me to a deluxe room with no cost but a bit disappointed when I went up to the upgraded room which is so far to the end of the 7th floor. I've knee cap disorder to my both legs so for me to walk from the lift to the end of my room is quite a distance daily as I stay for 5 days. Everyday is a struggle for me walking to my room or coming out to take a lift to the GF.
