I had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully designed, princess-like hotel during a work trip—and it was an absolute gem. From the elegant interior that makes you feel like royalty, to the warm and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, everything was spot on. The breakfast was a delight—plenty of variety, fresh options, and beautifully presented. The location is another big plus: right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around for meetings and explore a little in between. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure. It strikes the perfect balance between charm, convenience, and comfort.

The only downside was receiving a robe with a visible stain, which was a bit disappointing given the overall high standards of the hotel. However, everything else more than made up for it.

was able to check in early as per advertised. breakfast buffet so delicious and many choices. friendly hotel staff. clean room and spacious. have a lot of free movie of option as well.

after each room cleaning, some of the items was not replace back for example bath robe and small towel for the bathroom floor use. rented for 2 room, 1 room got face towel and the other room didnt have the towel at all during out stay. Parking in front of the hotel were priorities for customers who attending an event hence need to park at the mall parking, short distance walk back to hotel and check out time need to drive at main road and enter back the hotel lobby to pickup luggage.

Room was clean, spacious and room lighting was exceptional.

Club room very limited food provided and the hot food was cold. Could not pour own wine or beer so was not free flowing. On one visit the attendant was not permitted to pour alcohol which meant she had to ring down to room service to come and pour. We assume this was due to her religious beliefs which we understand, but we feel it places her in an embarrassing situation. Swimming pool is uninviting and one access point was blocked off.

I recently stayed at the Puteri Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is perfect, right along the waterfront, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. My room was clean and comfortable, though it could use a bit of modernization. The amenities were decent, and I appreciated the small touches like daily bottled water and a well-stocked tea and coffee station. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of local and international dishes that kept things interesting each morning. The pool area was also a nice spot to relax, though it can get busy in the afternoons. In general, the Puteri Wing offers a solid experience for a comfortable stay in the city, especially if you're looking for convenience and good service.

The hotel was recently refurbished and the rooms were therefore filled with new furniture and decor. I stayed here 3 years ago and felt it was very dated but this time round, I was very impressed with how fresh and new the rooms were. It came with a huge TV but the best part was the bed and pillows, which were extremely comfortable. I slept execellently.

The wifi was patchy in the room and the shower did not have a curtain so water could splash out slightly.

In the older wing of the hotel but it has been redecorated since we last stayed there pre-pandemic. Quite spacious and view to the river. All the essentials provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were speedy. Location is very central and close to all city centre sights, bars and restaurants. The Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee for breakfast were actually really tasty.

AC took a while to get to temperature

Rooms were clean and spacious.

First night, when we pulled open the blankets, noted multiple brown stains on the bed sheets. Hence had to get service staff to change the bed sheet. On subsequent days after the staff made the room, noticed that 1 or both bath towels would be missing. Had to call them to supply the towels, and they would take 20min to come. Perhaps they were short staffed. That being said, they were polite throughout.

The nice local breakfast with some western variety. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, spacious room. Large TV and general groom well maintained . Very strategic location to head to Padungan street or waterfront river side. Price reasonable , good service. Car parking fee waived and easily available

The the cleaner forgot to top up towel and certain items but it was easy to contact for necessary services

My family and I liked everything about the accomodation, very clean and big tv screen as everything is new and pleasant. We really loved the welcoming print on our tv screen with our names on it. I loved every bit of my Asian food, laksa sarawak and the juices were made perfectly.Fantastic. Staffs are helpful too. Thank you.

The food might need just a little improvement because I know we have been staying here couples years ago many times, we used to have variety of western food like fluffy steamed eggs, bacon, desserts, not just fruits platter. We did not get as much in the breakfast buffet.Oh yes, why is salmon served with potato wedges when it is usually served with chips? I can recommend here, salmon would taste nicer if it was not overcooked.

EXCELLENT location. This cannot be overstated. This hotel along a few others in central Kushing offer immense value from the point of view of location. You will be within walking distance of just about everything. Besides this, this hotel offers an excellent breakfast with food options for all. Decent sized rooms, and comfy beds.

The pool area is not ideal... it sits in the shadow of the hotel for a fair amount of the day and lacks the appeal that makes you want to stay beyond the dip in the pool. This is all dependent on why you want the pool... if it's just for a dip ... it's functional, but there is no bar next to it for a nice drink after a day's excursion. The internet is abysmal and outdated... codes that never work, renewing them daily at the front desk and still not being able to connect... that kind of nonsense. Not acceptable at this price point.
