I loved the view of the river from the room. I also loved the breakfast which had a wide selection and we could eat overlooking the river.

Maybe this is an isolated case but there no towels in the room when we arrived. However we received our towels after I informed the reception.

Location , the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The security team and concierge efficient and respectful towards guest .

My room was not clean and tidy on my second day stay. The rubbish was not taken out. My finished meal dishes was left on the table from morning till I came back late night and was informed by receptionist that the dishes has to place outside the door for the coffee house team to collect . But to me, the housekeeping team SHOULD take them away because how did the housekeeping team clean the table top. Toilet was not clean by them as there was stains of tooth paste in the sink.The bed sheet was not properly done . The floor was not vacuum as our feet can still feel the sand . Overall the housekeeping team are trying to finish the job but leaving a very bad image to the guest and hotel.

The staff were very friendly and proactive. I didn't feel any anxiety being a solo traveller . They are very reliable. The first room allocated to me wasn't suitable as I am claustrophobic. When I requested a change in the room explaining my condition, they immediately assigned me a very suitable one no qns asked. I'm very thankful for booking into this hotel . When I was checking out the bell boys with trying to help me configure, my new lock. Though they were not familiar, they tried their best to help me .

Breakfast The cakes were put on a plate with big covers very close to one another . I had dropped the covers twice because of lack of space, and I didn't know where to place the bulky covers when I was taking the cakes. Better containers pls .

The hotel is quite strategic as it’s near to the city centre. Only a minute away to the Kuching Waterfront. Preferable to stay here with good price.

There’s no clear communication between the staff there as I have clearly wrote on my booking that I requested a connecting room (I booked 2 rooms). I have booked this room 4 months earlier and the staff should be able to book the connecting room as I have paid the room for half. I did call the receptionist and the receptionist told to request for connecting room during check in. During check in, the PIC said that we should call beforehand and ask for room reservation.

Location is good where its just a few minutes away from convenience stores, shopping centres, waterfront and restaurants. Had a very nice view of the river. Staff were friendly and polite.

Our room was very far away from the swimming pool and gym facilities since it was at the other wing. Suhoor meal for muslim was good but once it's finished no refills. Only provided with one towel for a twin bedroom but easily solved by asking the reception for extras.

The location is excellent. It is about 5 minutes walk to Top spot seafood which sells a wide range of seafood. The staff are friendly. The buffet breakfast is good with a mix of local and international buffet spread. The water pressure for bathing is strong which is good. I am given connecting rooms as I am traveling with big family.

The aircon is weak despite us adjusting the fan speed to the maximum and temperature to the lowest.

Overall OK.... I had a nice stay there

While everything is OK, the only thing disappointed me is no bath towel provided in the room.... Call the operator requesting for it and it took long time to get my towel... Alternatively, I'm going out and looking for housekeeping to get the towel... This my 2nd time stay there with the same problem.

The view, the room, the cleanliness, all exceptional. The staff who handled and helped me to extend my stay was a professional and extremely helpful.

I just wished the system to be upgraded so that guests who wanted to entend their stay could have done so earlier than to be acknowledged at the very last minute. Otherwise, everything was great.

Breakfast area is little crowded for the many guests. Staff was not able to help clear up an issue with a wrong booking: Essentially while standing at reception indicating that I would like to extend my stay, I was told to make another online booking. Being hasty, I accidentally booked the same night twice. To sum it up, things could not be resolved and I had to book again directly with reception (which should have been offered to me from the beginning). Well, perhaps it was all to human and a misunderstanding. Still, I lost time and money dealing with this. The various people on the team I spoke to were friendly but ineffective.

Location, functional design of the room, river view, safe

1. The black chair in the room is far too huge for the narrow passage way between the beds and the long table. 2. Not enough towel rails in the bathroom 3. We were given only one tube of bath gel and one tube of shampoo on the first 2 days. On the 3rd day we were given 2 tubes of each. There were 3 guests in this room. 4. It is good to have a bottle of water for each of the 3 guests. We were given 2 bottles each day.
