The location is quite good and central. The staff were absolutely fabulous! Apin and Stephanie from front desk were absolutely brilliant and made my interactions with them feel so personal because they remember you by name and greet you by name when you walk into the reception area. Sola and Nexus from the lounge were also fantastic and very attentive and proactive. Overall the staff really made our stay feel extremely comfortable!

They are currently going through major renovations, which means accessibility is restricted. Accessing the mall and back was a little confusing and like a maze when you do it for the first time. But then you find the signages actually guide you correctly. Amenities are also closed. But not a deal breaker because the property immediately sends you a notice upon booking to set the right expectations.

Reception staff,i want to extent the room the night staff said okay i can extend for 1 night but day staff said i cant and and very unhelpfull and idiot..i even asked to pay for the room i stayed while i’ve been payed the room after receiving the key for my room..what a lost for a hotel like pullman who has a reputation but scrap by the reception staff..im very disappointed and upset to them..i hope the management can make this up..bye

I liked almost everything. Good location, has big food court and big store beneath the hotel, very convenient. Very friendly, professional and polite staff. Good size room with everything you need, even more

Room was good, but I would prefer to have bigger size beds for twin room option. I liked breakfast variety but food was always cold ( call politely- room temperature). Only hot option was egg station. But it never been open at 6 am when breakfast starts .. close to 7 I would say. And the big problem - weak wifi..mentioned couple time at reception, nothing happened

A good stay in the middle of the city so it is easy to go around... Just next to the famous foodcourt, TopSpot & great club on the side, Culture City. Staff are selectively friendly & some are very helpful in anyway.. Clean room & value for money.. But require upgrades..

The building is quite rundown & lift area smelled abit musty.. the bed is not as tidy due to the untucked bed sheet.. Cleaner knocked on the door while we were sleeping in the morning, asking what time she should come.. I find it disturbing.. Yet, we still had a pleasent stay..

the housekeeping staff. rooms are cleaned everyday and always in a proper setting. the security man at the entrance lobby are all very welcoming. the bellboy also doing a great job bcoz they know what to do without me asking.

the check in counter bcoz need to stand long time. its a 5 star hotel. for me to have a chair to sit on is more effecient. my que line also being cut by 1 couple and the staff should entertain me first. staff faces are just so so. swimming pool is out or order. just found it after i made my unavailable to cancel reservation.

Room was big and clean breakfast was good, excellent coffee Americano, location exactly in the areawhere I could find what I was looking for.

Upon arrival there was a smell in the lobby area and in the restaurant, smell just like moister/ like something was wet and dried. Must spray some disinfected liquids , spray some nice smells. The Bell boy/ guards outside at the main lobby entrance, the are sometimes in the car exhaust pipe outlet, please take care of those bell boys/ guards outside the lobby entrance if they have to inhale those car gasses daily later they will hav lungs problem, Pls do not let any car stand for more than 3 minutes waiting on guest with their engines on.

The location of the hotel is very central. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions and food places at Kuching. The room is also very spacious and the room is clean. There is an upcoming shopping mall, The Hills that is attached to the hotel with supermarket and eateries inside. Hopefully the linkway to the mall will be open soon.

The hotel facilities look a bit tired and looks like it needs some form of renovation though it made it up with the location and wide space. There were a bit of drilling noise that we can hear from the toilet but only from 9am so it wasn't so bad.

Good location, spacious and very friendly staff especially staff at front desk, Puzzle restaurant and The Peak lounge. Credits to Mr David Tan from F&B for his great hospitality, super attentive and very friendly attitude.

Housekeeping need to be improved, carpet need vacuum, the smoking room at Deja Vu bar need better exhaust system to manage cigar smoke from spread out to lobby / common area. Can smell the tobacco smoke even at the lobby. very unpleasant especially for non smoker guests. PLEASE MANAGE THE CONDENSATION PROBLEMS (Floor 20th) The hallway and carpet smells mildews and wall is moldy.

The rooms were clean, spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is super good, why? Because of safety reasons, security is very good, eventhough we have to pay, but still very good. A suggestion as a tourist, the hotel should have a transportation service to the waterfront shops, they can charge a small fee for sending and pickup service 😉

The Hotel is in a process of renovation, so there will be a bit of noise here and there, but tolerable.

Room was spacious - very clean with a great view over the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a great choice. The location of the hotel was great- we’ve stayed there a few times - albeit years ago. Managed to find the sea food court at top of car park!

For the most part nothing to comment on other than only area for comment would be the bar staff at the hotel lobby bar. Not the most skilled or friendly
