The customer service is great. They informed for my 2 nights stay, i could request them to do the housekeeping. The room is clean & comfy.

i wish they can improve the card access to only 1 card since they provide 2 access cards for room door & the electricity card. Its quite bothersome to carry 2 different cards access that is a quite big in size

The room to comfy and cozy. A bit small but just nice for single traveller. It's a walking distance to Kuching main attraction location - the waterfront. There's a lot of activities suitable for family and individuals. It's just a 1-min boat right to the other side of waterfront to shop for Terubok Masin or Kek Lapis Sarawak. Close by to market and souvenir shops. Those who love walking by the river and enjoy the night view of bandar Kuching but prefer a budget stay, Tune Hotel Waterfront is the best choice.

-Location is excellent, right next to the waterfront. -Clean and comfy beds and pillows. -Hot and powerful shower. -Powerful fan and A/C.

-Noisy noisy neighbours! From 11pm to 3am they were knocking loudly on doors, talking loudly through doors, grouping in the corridor talking loudly. From 5am people were making a lot of noise for leaving. Not the hotel’s fault… some people are selfish and inconsiderate of others.

i like every facility in that room, especially tv & air conditioning. The bed is so comfortable, the lighting is good, bathrooms is on top. Love it ! I'm gonna come again for sure.

noises from outside (at the corridor, especially in the morning). I woke up early because of that noises. I expect to wake up at 10 a.m. because you must check out before 12.

Room was clean, well laid out but a bit smaller than we would have preferred. Also, ther was some confusion about 'Breakfast'. We thought there would be an actual breakfast, rather than hot water for coffee and some biscuits. But not a huge issue.

The location was excellent. I can walk to alot of places of interests and food too. The room is adequately clean enough for my comfort. I did not request for daily room cleaning. But I am able to get my mineral water from the counter everyday which is a plus point. Being Eco-friendly, I only request to change my towel once during my 6 nights stay. I am happy with that too.

To be more eco friendly maybe there should be water point like those in the airport at every level, near to the lift, Then you will eliminate plastic bottles. you only need to change the filter every three months if the volume is high. Just need to make sure its a good filtered water safe for drinking. If not a hot water dispenser will also do. Please think along these lines.

near to town and cat statue. walk down to reach the boat man just right in front of the T junction. very good location. 5 mins walk to carpenter street but u can also find out more bar and bistros at the other side of the properties.

first time I tried the room without window, I guess I will go for window one in the future.

Near from centre,almost all need can find arround 1km radius

Good location and value for money

Only one pillow. There should be two. Bath towel kind of old.

what is most interesting is about the very strategic location. Also very affordable and user-friendly. It meets the target for those with a moderate budget.
