The lobby smells nice. Staff are really helping.

The access to go outside, must bring the key to scan the lift everytime. Other people can't stay inside room with that conditions. The towels also late provided. We arrived around 4pm on a rainy day, can't shower because the staff said towels still in dobi. Got towels around 7pm.

The price is very affordable, can walk to the waterfront. The breakfast is awesome because they serve plenty of dishes. Has coway at every part of their hotel. Has a vending machine to easier for the customer to buy snacks or even maggie and mineral water. Has parking site but first come first serve. The only startled me was that if you stay in a single room, the toilet door and glass are transparent, you even can watch the tv while bathing. But no one cares because you stay alone. Would recommend it because the staff services tiptop even I ask so many questions to them.

I like how the lobby was really neat and beautiful, with vending machines that sell things you might need like snacks, meecup, toothpaste & toothbrush, shampoos, Gillette and many moreee. They even have massage chairs! It's really beyond my expectations. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again in the future.☺️

I actually expected more on the breakfast buffet, but then again with the price I paid, even a simple breakfast is more than enough. That day they served nasi santan or nasi goreng(?), bihun goreng, sambal nasi lemak, and lauk² like ayam kicap, hotdog goreng bawang, deep fried pumpkin, laksa sarawak, rice porridge and toast. I mean, it's still valuable, it's just that I thought there would be more choices. Although I think they should improve on the taste of the laksa sarawak 😁 other menus are okay. Also the hotel management needs to have a checkup on every room, one of the lights was not working and the faucet on the sink 'tertanggal' when I turned on the water🤣 Other than that, all are okay 👌🤭

It was just what I was looking for something simple and affordable and in a good location. In the hotel as well as snack machines for convenience. I like that they were environmentally friendly. I was able to walk to many of the attractions I wanted to see.

My room was quite small and had no windows. That didn't bother me so much because I wasn't paying for a super nice hotel, but it was dark when the lights were out, so getting up in the morning was hard, but that's just me...

I check in with my lovely daughter last night. Greet by very friendly receptionist. I really like the receptionist's manners/attitude. They really welcoming guest. ☺️❤️ They explained very detail about breakfast and show the way of room. Me and daughter having breakfast in the morning. The menu was so delicious. Got laksa, porridge, fried noodles and so on. Overall, it was satisfying.

The channel tv is not good but it's fine if you don't really watching tv. ☺️

The room was clean, and they have resolved the issue that someone previously mentioned about the towel having a bad smell. The staff were friendly, and overall, the room was excellent value for the price.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, as Kuching continues to expand.

A clean, well maintained hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Free, filtered water dispensers in the hallways were a convenient bonus. Excellent location, just minutes from grocery store, riverfront, Chinatown, etc. a great value overall.

i like the breakfast, the coway water, the real inhouse plant, the receiptionist all doing great.almost imposibble to have that kind of breakfast with this budget price.surprisingly got minibar.d wifi n smart tv also thumbs up for kids.

the limited parking space if u returned after 10 pm....

The hotel is surprisingly well kept and clean. The location may be a bit far but it didn't stop me to go for long walks. The room is very spacious and has a fridge

My only complaint is that there were knocking noises during my stay and that bothered me a lot. The aircond in room 202 was leaking when I was sleeping, hopefully they will get it fixed.

I like everything about this hotel. Near to eateries. Clean,got kettle,coway water filter outside,got lift,everyday room service,got washing machine. I request room not facing main street and i got it. Extra towel also given. Got soap and shampoo. High water pressure. Got smart tv. Wifi also good even in level 1. Definitely will stay here again if come to kuching

Parking.and no toilet mat.
