The location was fantastic. A little lower end hotel, but for the price is was totally acceptable. There are many eating places nearby. Which accounts for the noise at nights. Its reasonable acceptable.
The hotel is a little old, A basic renovation will be great.

Located at the center of city. if you are the type that walk around kuching for the whole day, and you just need this room to sleep at night, yes this is the perfect place. but for therapeutic purpose, a big no
smelly. all water source are leaking. the bedsheet are not quite clean. but okay if u are openminded person. for us, we only sleep there at night so not a big deal.

Staff are very good. The rooms are also comfortable and we have a very good experience here. Thanks Oyo Hotel. In addition, the room are also big, and worth every penny. Keep up the good services Oyo !
Just an improvement, maybe can include the kettle in the room. Much easier for us to prepare hot drinks in the morning. But, still, not a big deal.

The room was spacious. It's right in front of the lift. Easy to access. The hotel in front of a very delicious yet expensive food restaurant. Btw, I like their room size. But for my next booking, I will ask them to put fresher for the room first so I can directly sleep once arrives.
Bathroom a bit dirty especially their curtain. Some of the plugs broken. Their room slipper dirty might need ask staff to wash or replace them. When I first arrive, the room smell funny. It's like a lot of dust in there that I need to go out again with the aircond on so that there will be an oxygen and make the smell go away. Need to atleast put fresher in the room especially if the room was unused so for a little time.
