- The free filtered water was a very nice addition. - The shower water is rain water, which is great because it makes your hair softer than the one coming from the drains! - The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra sheet and towels changes. - the water kettle for the morning. - the crawling plants in the showers. Please add more plants to the place! This makes a huge difference.

- the AC seemed to be either on or off, the temperature control was a bit all over the place ; setting it up for 30 degrees was still spitting very cold air. In the end we used it in fan mode only. - An extra key would have been good as my friend and I weren't hanging out together during the day. - It would be lovely to have tea options for the morning in addition to the instant coffee.

Friendly and helpful host that provided plenty of tourism information. Although it was not in the centre of Kuching, it was still close enough to walk to, especially along the front. Tea and coffee facilities and nice semi outdoor showers. 7-11 and nice food places close by.

Not sure if it’s permanent, but you could not open the windows in the room which meant no proper ventilation.

The hosts are great. They actually moved us to a better room (without us saying anything) after our first night as it had been noisy outside, so the 2nd room had better soundproofing. The hostel is basic but nice with a good communal area with couches and cushions. Nice showers, and free hot drinks.

Our first room on the top floor wasn't soundproofed and the bed was uncomfortable (but they moved us anyway)

Very peaceful and safe homestay.

The toilet wall. I think it's ok for most traveller but for those who used to some privacy in the toilet, I would say that you need to wear any clothes to cover up a bit. This is because the toilet wall facing the outside building was not totally full coverage but it still safe. No worries just need to prepare some clothes when showering.

The room was clean and had a great vibe. The AC worked great and there was hot water. The owners are a very nice couple who treat you like family. They have all the information about Sarawak and may even go out to grab food with you. We had a wonderful time here. Thanks so much :)

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the semi-outdoor showers really nice. The guesthouse is located 15min walk from the center of the city and right next to a great restaurant street. Good value for money.

WiFi is very slow. The facilities are quite basic.

The hosts are friendly, hospitality. They have tea&coffee provided. The room, the toilet , the corridors manages well and clean. Aircond function well. The location is near to ATM,plenty of restaurant nearby, 5mins walk to laundry also a supermarket at the back of alley . KTV and pub are nearby too if you wanna chill at night time. Omg, i love the lady so much, wish to see you again.

No elevator, not suitable to those who carries much luggage or something heavy.

Borneo Sweet Guesthouse got a strategy location, is near to town. Nearby got convenience store, restaurant, all.is walking distance. A lot of street parking nearby ( Parking Coupon neede) Staff is friendly and helpful

The cons of strategy location is nearby got some restaurant open until late and some even doing Karaoke at night. But this is environment factor which cant control by hotel. Just if are needed quite sleeping environment, this is the risk.

I enjoyed my stay there I stayed an extra two more days than what I expected everything was clean good towels all the time even when i done my washing she moved it for me it was really good time I enjoyed it there

Good location, 15 min to centre, friendly staff that helps you with everything!! The rooms are simple and clean, same as Bathroom! We would definitely stay here again!
