Staff is friendly and helpful Location is superb. Its in the center of city. Nearer to waterfront and many restaurants. There is a 711, 24h laundry, pharmacy etc.in just few meters away. Bed was comfy enough Water filter was available AC and hot water was good enough.

Tiny room There were small ants on table and wall all the time. TV is useless as its only playing local channels Bathroom is tiny and if you are a tall person, you can barely sit on comed comfortably. Window handle was broken, so it was not able to fully closed. Hair dryer was not available.

THE HOTEL IS NEARBY KUCHING WATERFRONT, RESTAURANTS, LAUNDRY SERVICES AND 7 ELEVEN STORE. THE SERVICE OF RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY WARM AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THE INFORMATION FROM RECEPTIONIST IS VERY CLEAR AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. HOPEFULLY CAN STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IF WE ARE GOING VISIT TRIP TO KUCHING. SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND COLOURFUL LIGHTS AT NIGHT AT KUCHING WATERFONT.

the environment was clean and welcoming. What truly stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were friendly, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I appreciate the hospitality and would consider returning in the future.

The staff are very warm and friendly, the check-in is very fast, the room is clean, the air conditioning is very good. The bath water is big and hot. There is also free drinking water in the corridor. There are a lot of places to eat, and there are many choices.

The staff are welcoming & helpful; especially the Madam ( maybe the boss) & the front reception guy wearing eyeglasses, thin & tall .( sorry I didn’t know his name) Tq so much. Eventhough it is a budget hotel, the toilet is so clean.

The location and the 24 hours front desk is superb

It need some sound proof wall as the bedroom was near the main road. The noise of the traffic distract my sleep. Other than that the facilities are good.

The cleanliness, location , super easy access to be all around in Kuching City. The best is En.Saiful the staff / greeter and the mr informer, he is so kind, friendly and helpful , i just feel at home 👍👍 well done Kapit hotel , surely will come again👍

The staff are friendly and informative all the time! Even fix the reported problems right away! The hotel location also right on spots to explore the city!

Hotel location is good. Staffs are friendly. Though it is quite a distance to walk to waterfront,but it is still walkable. We stayed at family room and the space is big. Restaurants just next to the hotel which is good but most of the restaurants closed early. Only few restaurants open till late.

Towel quite small for big size person even for only XL. Only 1 small mirror. Bathroom heater sometimes can be too hot.

Location is superb. All hotel staff that we met were super friendly. There was one staff went extra miles by keeping water bottles in fridge for us as we were always asking for cold water.
