Great hotel. We arrived at 3 in the morning on a very late flight. Not a problem, fast, efficient check-in. Good-sized room, with everything we needed, including tea/coffee. The hotel is right by new Chinatown which is a really nice street with long arcades and loads of Chinese businesses and food//cafè stops. Love the atmosphere here. Definitely go to see the Orangutangs! Amazing sight in a really nice jungle park. There's a free bus (103) from and back to the city or hop into a Grab. Bla Bla Bla is an amazing Chinese restaurant - go there hungry as the food is delicious and the portions are generous.

Clean room, good breakfast and c 10 minutes walk to the main sites of Kuching. Also liked the encouragement from the hotel to be more eco friendly by having a plastic bottle recycling.

The hotel is in a good position, with the waterfront and main attractions reachable in about a 15-minute walk. The structure is clean and well cared for, and there's a lovely rooftop area that adds a nice touch to the stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options to choose from. Inside the hotel, you can also purchase lime-based products, as well as bracelets, bags, and plush toys — a nice surprise that adds character to the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a good laundry service, which was very convenient during our stay.

Hotels’ staff were very helpful and friendly. We initially took standard room, but it was too small. So we upgraded to exe suite after the first night, definitely worth it! The laundry service was exceptionally fast and good. Breakfast could have been better, selections very limited and basically same breakfast everyday. Location is in mid of alot of amenities. Bako takes around 30-40 minutes from here. The hotel management also held a Christmas Eve buffet with 10% discount for in-house customers, totally worth it!

It’s very very quiet at night. But this is Kuching in general. Can be a good thing if you like peace and silent night.

Nice and comfortable hotel - the room was very simple but it had all that was needed. The overall vibe of the place was great, the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good though after a few days it felt not too varied. Not a huge buffet but enough for all tastes. Location was good, the walk to the waterfront wasn't bad though when I was tired I wished it was shorter, but really it's convenient. It also felt safe (I'm a solo female). And super near to the "Chinatown" shops and restaurants. It wasn't particularly noisy from the street in my room, I guess it depends. I had an amazing time in Kuching and having a nice hotel is also part of the experience.

Tasty breakfast, though the same everyday. Fruit juice could be better, should taste more like real juice not a mixture & should be cold. Should add more variety of food. My family room is spacious with comfortable bed. Nice gesture on refillable water at the lobby. Good size bathroom and clean. Good parking spot at the basement, & the spot with your name assigned by the staff (need to let them know if you need the parking spot). Close to TOPSPOT, the foodcourt area, also close to the main attraction/riverside.

I got the family room at the very corner of the building, clearly felt like on the traffic light junction. It was too noisy. Possibly the room not a proper sound proof room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at The Lime Tree Hotel. The staff were all very happy, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean (room service each day) and well equipped (water, coffee, tea etc). Our room was very comfortable, we slept very well. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning- the choice was good, the hot food was always hot and everything was topped-up as needed. We thought the location was great- the waterfront and attractions are all close by and there are plenty of places to eat. The water stations and recycling were a bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was great - spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the hotel manager - Julie. The only issue with our stay was the noise after midnight from local motorcycle riders racing around the streets outside the hotel. This usually lasted a couple of hours, which was really frustrating, especially as I was struggling with jetlag too. Its hard to criticise the hotel for this as there are plenty of other hotels in the vicinity that probably have the same issues with noise levels.

I like the family room, very big, air-con is very cold. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking distance to the famous kopitiam Quan Chun 泉春 Sarawak Laksa, very delicious. The opposite row there is a kopitiam (丰兴)，an Italian man's hand made gula apong Italian coffee and hams are very nice. The Lime Tree Souvenir Shop at the lobby, sells many products. I like the handmade bead purse, scarf, native made table cloth, fresh limes, dried lime tea, lime jelly sweet, etc.

The shower glass door rubber is not tight, water spills out on the floor at the basin, too wet.

Helpfulness and everything else. We are a group of Seniors who stayed there for 3 nights recently. One of our friends has a mobility problem and we requested for a plastic chair to facilitate his shower in the bathroom. The front desk promptly responded to our request without any questions asked. I was impressed with the attitude of the front desk as the plastic chair was asked for was from the rooftop lounge. Having stayed in other hotels at Kuching with higher rating, i couldn't be certain that such a request may be met so easily.
