The service provided are good and excellent by the hotel provider. The staff also nice and friendly when being approach to be ask for any question. The surrounding also quite and not to busy with traffic that pass by. Most important is the safety of your vehicle during parking near by hotel is 100% safe.

The most problem is the location, for new costumer; they might be difficult to find this hotel. Also there aren't many coffee shop around, need to walk a bit far from hotel around 5 minute walk distance to coffee shop. Hope the hotel will open cafeteria there or provide breakfast for their costumer (Meaning rate hotel might raise up a bit for the extra service).

The two double beds was perfect for 4 adults travelling together. The room was also spacious and iron provided near the lift. The room was also booked early so the price was very cheap around RM53.5 for 2 nights per person. What a bargain for a hotel room!

The toilet flush part was open/uncovered probably due to some issues with it so not a nice sight to see. The shower door i believe was broken as it was detached. Either that or hotel made them that way so the toilet/shower room esthetics was very old looking and off. But aside that everything was working fine so definitely worth it.

The only think is best the staff name Jennifer an indian lady very supportive n friendly. Most fhink came easier if she on duty

No tv request to change room but been inform all room in nova no tv signal, pillow,matteres n bed smelly..pipe at the toilet leaking.. some lighting burst..never stay at the hotel again

i like that all the staff are friendly and helping. the room quite spacious for a total of 5 person. and it is cheap as well.

i just don’t like that the cloth iron were not that smooth.. my clothes almost burned. room was not that clean and no water bottle in my room at that time. in the same time, the shampoo was not being refill.

Room bigger and value for money

Smelling with cigarettes, customer smoking in the room I guest . Lighting need to improve . Location at the back of lot shop and very quite .
