The hotel room was spacious and generally clean. My room in front of the elevator still it's quiet.

1. There is no parking at this hotel. 2. We request for early check in during booking since our flight arrived Kuching at 10.30am. The hotel replied our request and informed that it's subject to availability which is understandable. We arrived at the hotel at 12.30pm to check whether is there any possibility to check in early. We booked 2 rooms and was informed that 1 room is ready to check in but have to pay rm50 since it's early. Frustrating since it was not informed when they replied our request.

The position of the hotel was perfect .On the riverside and the start of the riverside walkway ,which is a beautiful esplanade with lovely shade trees and gardens .Plenty of seating and food vendors . Our room was on the 11th floor and very quiet with a glimpse of the river . Very comfortable bed and good space utilisation within the room + an excellent shower and bathroom space . It was a wonderful hotel to spend a week on the river in Kuching .

A couple of small things needed maintenance.

The value for money is amazing, less than 30 GBP with a private room with decent size. I would recommend to others if you are on a budget. The location is right at the centre, within walking distance to all points of interest in Kuching city centre. The neighbourhood is safe at night. The room, and the bed overall is comfortable and clean. The room and toilet size is good. My room has no window but this is clearly stated when I booked it so they are open about it. The lighting is decent. The wifi quality is good. The staff is nice. The air-conditioning is great.

The noise cancellation could be better as I could clearly hear noises outside at the corridor a lot. The pillows are a bit small and too mushy.

We have stayed in a superior king room on 2 occasions for 1 night and there were no problems. It must be worth paying the tiny bit extra for. It’s clean, air con works, hot strong shower, bed very comfortable. City view, waterfront location. Close to Top Spot food. Also the bus to Bako National Park is right downstairs. It’s nothing unique but it’s a welcome comfort after National Park visits.

Its a little noisy (mostly from the lift and people in the hotel). Ask for a room on the top floor to avoid this.

Near shops and mtall.

I hope to get a room with windows but apparently they have to charge an additional fee to upgrade to windows. Man, I was staying there for three days.

The staff were excellent. I checked in late evening and hadn’t changed any MYR yet. as the room was already paid, they were fine with me paying the Tourist Tax the following day after I exchanged money.

The hotel was very dated, and the elevators were very old and the noises they made seemed like they weren’t maintained the best.

Room was good - spacious and facilities were good. Location was good - near stalls by the waterfront. 7 eleven is just few doors away and Mc Donalds across the road

The lift stopped when we were in it. Then got going after few tries. The deposit box in the room does not lock. The hangers in the cupboards could not be removed to hang the clothes for drying and there were no slippers in the room
