Our experience was amazing! It was wonderful to be greeted by the owners and taken care of by the staff. The location is superb, the rooms are modern and well-equipped. The view is just stunning, overlooking the mountains and the village. It was a nice bonus to take a cable care ride for free and enjoy the views from above. The spa offered a great variety and a relaxing jacuzzi. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious with great service.

Almost everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.Room was comfortable and good cupboard and hanging space.

Bathroom was small but very practicallyl designed. Shower small but not a problem.

We were warmly welcomed and the staff were very helpful. We had initially booked for 2 but at the last minute changed to 3 and this was sorted by the hotel without problem. The hotel is perfectly located for the gondola and the views from the room were spectacular. We ate dinner in the restaurant where the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was super. We used the spa which was small but well equipped. We will definitely return to this hotel.

It would have been nice to have a slightly bigger swimming pool.
