good location, food and minimart are nearby. it is easy access to buses. the coin laundry is a great facility.

room is very small for 4 persons, with no chair and table (except 1 chair at the dressing table). buffet breakfast spread is not much for the price.

We stopped for a night in Gangneung to then take a train to visit the Sangwonsa Temple. The nice part of the city is the coast line, in particular Coffee Street if you are a coffee lover, where you can find lots of very nice coffee places. The hotel is nice and has a nice breakfast room, furnished with lot of bookshelves around you, and with very good quality food. The staff is superfriendly and helpful.

The hotel meets your basic necessities, providing a decent bed and overall clean. The breakfast was good as well if you have it included in your room. Especially liked the fact that you can truly control the thermostat temperature.

Not enough outlets near the bed. I had to move the bed side table to find an outlet. The room doesn't include amenities like toothpaste or a washcloth

Lovely and modern hotel and nice staff. The rooms are clean and tidy, beds are comfortable, no noises from the streets. Many restaurants nearby and there's a bus stop just in front of. Highly recommended!

Our room was super new, modern, clean, comfortable and had a great view and excellent bathroom. Great rooftop area and amazing views of the city.

If you’re parking, there’s a fancy stacking park lift that only hotel staff can operate. Cool, but a bit inconvenient if you need to drive out at short notice.

Location. No restaurants nearby. Need to cross the road and walk abt 5min but the restairants along that road are mostly bars and pubs and dont open for lunch ... only for dinner.

The room was awesome and it was big. The TV had Netflix too and even had a very comfortable couch. It was such a nice stay!

The heater was a bit warm at times and even to the lowest temperature it could be a bit warm and we needed to open the window for some cool air.

The hotel room was very comfortable and spacey enough for us, and was cleaned every day while we toured the city. I especially appreciated the staff's help with printing a simple document, and they were very welcoming in general. The beds were nice and puffy and provided a good sleep.

We enjoyed the breakfast, but think it could have been a little less pricey (14,000 won per person is a bit steep). Perhaps they could give one meal free, especially for long-term stays, or a discount package of some sort. The room was a little too warm at night, but that's an issue with most Korean hotels in the winter.
