The breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Make your own waffles is always a hit. Parking lot is a little tight for as many vehicles that stay, with some having trailers for OTVs and such, some spots were so tight you couldn't get out of your car.

Someone down the hall had a dog that barked when they were not in the room. I am a pet lover and understand why people need to travel with pets and am glad the hotel takes pets, but since I was traveling with my sisters for our yearly trip, no kids, no pets, no husbands, the barking was annoying. Did not happen during the night, but was still annoying.

BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE MUNDANE SAME STUFF EVERY DAY BUT IT WAS ALWAYS FRESH WISH THEY HAD MORE THAN ONE WASHER AND DRYER SOME OF THE OUTLETS IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK THE HEATING/COOLING UNIT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN EITHER OF THE ROOMS WE WERE IN OURS HAD A MIND OF ITS OWN AND WOULD SHUT OFF FOR NO REASON AND THE OTHER ROOM DIDNT HAVE AC OUR WHOLE STAY

From the minute we walked in until the day we left the staff was absolutely wonderful. Always helpful always cheerful always accommodating

The bathroom. There was very little room for my stuff and my husband's; there was one hook in the bathroom so we couldn't hang clothes while we showered, we couldn't hang a towel while we showered and we certainly couldn't put anything on the toilet because there was no toilet seat lid. But the worst thing was I am 5 ft and I have osteoporosis and I was petrified each day to climb out of the bathtub because it was a very high climb for me. Had I fall and I could have broken a hip. Your bathroom needs a very bad remodeling job. You need to consider the people that are there and where to put things while they're there and where to hang things and how they're going to be able to climb in and out of the bathtub. That was the only thing we found wrong with the hotel

Although an older hotel it is very well kept. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

Every time the toilet was flushed it made a very odd noise a few moments later. My other issue would be with breakfast. Again everything was very clean and the food was fresh, typical breakfast fare; however, my husband cannot have sugar nor wheat so toast, bagels, muffins, waffles and sugared cereal are out of the question for him. The oatmeal was the flavored variety & the cereal selection was Frosted flakes. With the number of people with different dietary requirements I know it's a challenge but having a non-sugar cereal would be a small thing to try and have on the breakfast options. So he had coffee.

This hotel is very clean. The staff is amazing and went out of their way to help me and my family. The one lady at the front desk even clocked in early to help me change rooms because a king size bed became available. And she bought my daughter and niece snacks. I will definitely be coming back.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and very friendly. A quick walk through the parking lot gets you to the Lumberjack restaurant which is fabulous. Will definitely be back!

No elevator, which was unexpected in a 2 story hotel. Not really a problem, just unexpected.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and very pleasant. Gifts in lobby were very cool

We paid up for a suite (other family members had smaller rooms). We were surprised to find the cupboards empty. We expected there to very even a scant bit of dishes, silverware, pans, dish cloth etc

Very Quiet and beds were very comfortable. We all slept amazingly.

Room was damp even though the air conditioning was on. Bedspread is so thin I don't see the point of it. There should be an extra blanket or heavier cover.

Loved the pool area.

The chairs in my room, replace them. When I tried to sit on one, it felt like you were going to go right through it. Poor quality.

The location and the rooms were great. The lobby could use some updating and look more like a hotel rather than a store.

The breakfast was not great. I expected more.
