Beautiful lakeside balcony room. Everything very clean and well kept.

The beds were EXTREMELY high, with the box spring being the same thickness as the mattress , combined height of at least 24 ", that sat atop a platform base about 12". Top of the mattress was taller than my hip--and I'm 5'6". It was very hard to get up and onto bed, and it was difficult to scoot over on the mattress too. My feet dangled above the floor at least 9" when I finally sat on the edge of the bed.. We had to use a desk chair to put our feet on to get leverage to move on the bed. Once on the bed, we found them to be very comfy and pillows were nice and numerous. Senior adults may not want a bed so high for their stay.

This place is SO clean! The housekeepers do a fantastic job. The breakfast was always well stocked and area was clean. The view from the balcony was really beautiful! Wonderful pool and hot tub! All of the staff were kind and helpful. The manager was so nice and and really works hard. I was very impressed with all the things she did to keep guests happy and to keep things clean. The young maintenance man was also very helpful and does a good job too. Lovely sandy beach with nice beach chairs, firepits, volleyball, wooden play gym and swings, outdoor toybox with lots of beach toysf This was my 3rd stay and I can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend! Thanks for a terrific vacation!

Great room with wonderful view of the lake! Outstanding staff who truly work hard to make sure your stay is great. This hotel is very clean! The indoor pool and large hot tub were great for the kiddos when it rained and there were always plenty of towels. There is a nice wooden playhouse, swings, and slide. We really enjoyed the firepits and sand volleyball. Nice long dock to pull up to with a boat. The breakfast was standard fare but was constantly being refilled and kept clean. Plenty of close, ground level parking. Comfortable bed. Nice location close to everything. I keep coming back for the great service!

I would like to see you add a daily meat and some scrambled eggs to the breakfast fare.

This was my 4th time I've stayed here! You can't beat this place for cleanliness, hospitality, view, sandy beach, convenience to town, amenities such as nice indoor pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, kids play area, beach firepits, nice long dock, and parking! The entire staff went above and beyond! They even gave me my favorite room when I asked. Just a great stay!

No complaints, just a few minor things that would be nice to add. Would like to see a meat and hot eggs added to breakfast options. Would like some printed instructions with the TV. A screen door with the balcony door would be nice. A loyality discount program would be very nice too..

Great room, very friendly staff, nice view, super clean (kudos to your maids). nice indoor pool and large hot tub, nice play gym for the kids, beach area kept clean, sand toys bin for the kids, loved the place! Special thanks to Darlene and other front desk staff who were so helpful when I had to return to look for something we forgot, There is also a nice volleyball court, dock, and two firepits. This was my second outstanding visit and I can't wait to return again. This was some of the best hotel service I have ever received!!!

Late room makeover for staying guests, would like a meat with breakfast, warm the pool up a bit, written instructions for TV. Light the fireplace up for cool nights. Just suggestions, no real complaints.

Have stayed here at least once a year. Facilities is very nice. Staff is generally great. Breakfast options are standard.

No one at front desk for over 10 min. to check us in. Very unfriendly. Also, MAJOR complaint: when looking on-line at your hotel, every single site specified only 2 rooms are available. Totally not true. Very disappointed in the tricks your hotel and travel sites use to pressure customers to book reservation.

Our air conditioning unit was a bit loud. We should have said something as I have no doubt they would have addressed it. The rooms were very well kept and clean. Staff was very approachable and polite.

We had a beauatiful view of the lake. The beach is clean and beautiful, It has grill's and firepits for the quests to use, Also, enough beach chairs for the quests to use.

The room didn't have enough towels for the numbe of guests the reservation was for. The room seemed to have a number of insects and bugs in them. The balacony didn't seem to have been cleaned either. Spider webs etc. Also, the vendiing machines weren't working properly. I notified the front desk and they didn't seem to be aware of it when I informed them.

Our view was beautiful - the beach was well maintained and had beach toys to share. The staff was amazing and was always seen cleaning. They were pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable about the area. The air conditioning worked really well which was a huge plus. It was a very comfortable stay.

The pool area was dark. It would have been great to have a little more light in there. The breakfast was little light on choices, but for such a small place, was understandable. Overall these are the only suggestions I could think of to improve on!

Hotel was easy to get to. Right off the main road that wasn't overly busy. My room was very clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast had limited options but what was available was good. The beach area was well taken care of. You could tell it has been recently raked. The staff was absolutely amazing. I was traveling alone and had a few requests because of a medical condition. They happily listened and reassure me that they would handle things if a situation were to arise.
